Maroon SUV/male has been staying in the parking lot for several weeks and they want him removed/requesting indefinite CTW. Deputy issued Robert York an indefinite CTW for Walmart.

3025 E. Highway 180
Advised the male did leave/he found the packaging of the stolen items; a drill attachment and an engraving tool. Officer spoke with caller on the phone.

Fraud/embezzlement
E. 19th Street
Caller advised his bank notified him of charges in California.

Harassment
115 N. Texas Street
A named male is threatening to go over there and cause problems for caller and his girlfriend/male will be on his way on a bike.

Shoplifting
1956 E. Highway 180
Caller advised a named female stole some items/left in a vehicle. Officer had negative contact/will wait for video footage.

Harassment
800 S. Robert Street – El Refugio
Caller advised she is being followed by someone. Officers advised clear/negative contact with female.

Welfare check
Cielo Azul Street
Advised she got a text from her sister stating she wants to die and wants to be with her father/sister has a collection of knives. Second caller advised a named female just texted her as well that she wants to die (with) father. Officer advised one in unit enroute to an Alabama Street address.

Tuesday, Oct. 19

Suspicious vehicle
Silver Heights Blvd. and N. Gold Street
Caller advised a red Jeep car parked at the stop sign for over an hour. Officer requested GCSO assist. Deputy advised female is okay/she is talking on the phone. Female stated she was sitting outside in her car because her dad was sleeping in the hotel room and she didn't want to wake him up.

Criminal damage to property
Ridge Road
Advised her trailer was shot at about a week ago/advised they have already patched up the holes but want to make a report/advised call when headed that way.

1600 16th Street – Mountain View Senior Apartments
Advised a lady is in a vehicle who seems like she is not all there/she is parked in front of the office/she keeps setting off the alarm and windshield wipers. Caller called back advising two more people got in the vehicle and they switched who was in the driver seat. Officer advised will be clear/advising female did not know how to work the vehicle.

Caller from HMS advised she has not seen a 70-year-old male since last Friday/ he has Parkinson's and kidney problems/she has responded to his home two days in a row and he is not answering the door/he does not respond well to officers/he refused medical last week. Officer advised to send EMS for the male who was found in a back bedroom on the ground/they are trying to speak to him now/request lights and sirens/units will be clear/male was transported.

Caller advised a male who seems under the influence has a small child with him in the vehicle. Officer advised the vehicle left/negative contact.

Walk-in advised male lying in the gravel. Officer out with very intoxicated male.

Advised the car in the handicapped spot was running and an approximately 3-year-old female child was inside by herself. Officer advised has contact/will be clear/had contact with parents/there is an older child in the vehicle/everything is okay.

A named female is walking around the property/wants her removed from the property/they are getting ready to leave for the day and do not want her there/she is currently on 32nd Street Bypass not CYFD property. Officer made contact with female who was standing in front of the bus stop in front of HSD building/everything is okay/clear.

Caller from GRMC-ER advised a named male was in the ER waiting room and left on foot/he told ER he was in a domestic but didn't report it. Officer on Bosworth/negative contact.

Penny Park – 7:51 p.m.
Caller advised several people are partying at Penny Park. Officer out with a male/clear/they were advised to leave the park.

Caller advised a named female is in her yard wearing a black hoodie/she is walking around the body shop. Officer had negative contact/will frequent patrol.

Wednesday, Oct. 20

Domestic disturbance
W. 19th Street
Caller advised her husband is intoxicated/he is trying to take her vehicles/he is out of control/all verbal/nothing physical/caller was able to get all the keys away from him/he just went outside/he is now on the roof/he just jumped to the neighbor's roof.

123 W. 12th Street – 5:11 a.m.
Caller advised a homeless male is asleep on the west side of the building. Officer re-issued a CTW to Matthew Fox.

Criminal trespass warning
123 W. 12th Street – 8:40 a.m.
Officer advised CTW was re-issued to Matthew Fox and a CTA as well.

Shoplifting
1956 E. Highway 180
Male running toward the bank/running behind old Billy's/stole fire sticks and a soda. Officer advised ATL male on Memory Lane/out on foot at the apartments and bank area/negative contact/out at Albertson's.

Disturbance
2545 N. Silver Street – Hillside Apartments – 2:05 p.m.
Caller advised a named male is at the apartments causing problems/he may have left/he was arguing. Officer advised units clear/negative contact.

Disturbance
2545 N. Silver Street – Hillside Apartments -- 4:04 p.m.
Caller advised a named male is causing issues/he locks the door so caller can't get in/he threatens her and will not leave/she does not want him there. Officers out with Fredrick Acosta/he does have an active APO hold/male in custody.

Caller advised her cousin is sending messages to caller stating her boyfriend is fighting with her/cousin told caller she cannot call LE ref he is not allowing her to call.

Caller advised they are getting their stuff and leaving.

Thursday, Oct. 21

Domestic disturbance
N. Swan Street
Caller advised his brother is highly intoxicated and was pointing a BB gun in his face/advised he grabbed caller a couple of times and caller thought his brother was going to hit him. Caller is in his room trying to get his items and his brother is not letting him and trying to kick the door. Officer advised one of the parties left/made contact with caller.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
38th Street
Advised the back window to his vehicle was smashed in/he believes he knows who did it/earlier in the evening two males were following and harassing him.

Thursday, Oct. 21

Criminal trespass warning
2545 N. Silver Street – Western Region Housing
Requesting a CTW for a named male for the entire complex/advising male is currently at GCDC. Caller advised he was involved in an altercation and does not want him to return. Officer advised made contact with Frederick Acosta over the phone and he was issued this CTW.

Welfare check
32nd Street Bypass and Highway 180
Caller advised elderly male in maroon pickup is at the intersection very confused and seems lost. Officer advised will be clear/everything is okay.

Criminal trespass warning
2501 E. Highway 180
Caller requests a CTW for a younger male they have been having problems with/he makes the associates in apparel uncomfortable/he is walking through the female apparel. Officer advised to show Thomas Yniguez, 19, was issued an indefinite CTW for Walmart/he is leaving/will be clear.

Criminal damage to property
Cactus Street
Caller advised someone wrote curse words on his home. Officer advised clear/set up frequent patrol for two weeks.

Criminal trespass warning
Little Walnut Road
Caller advised a female came onto his property without permission and left a trailer parked on it. Officer advised will be clear/caller will give the named female until tomorrow at noon to get the trailer removed.

Disturbance
Gough Park
Males and females are arguing at the park/they are yelling about suing somebody. Officer had contact with caller/both parties left prior to arrival.
