Caller advised her son just got out of the Santa Teresa Hospital and he has taken too many pills tonight and is trashing the house now/he took oxcarbazepine 300 mg pills for mood swings/he is in the bedroom now. Lost the caller. Caller advised he is 31-years-old.

Caller advised they have a young girl who comes in with her father and he leaves her unattended for up to 20 minutes every time they come/she is 6-years-old/advised she is wearing the same clothes for every appointment she comes to/they are worried she is being neglected.

Identity theft
Silver High School
Caller advised she was informed by the administration that someone had filed for unemployment in her name. Officer had contact with caller.

Accident-property damage
E. Highway 180 and Pinos Altos Road
White Honda vs gray Dodge pickup.

Panhandler
206 N. Hudson Street
Caller advised two highly intoxicated males are outside the Hudson Snappy trying to get people to buy them alcohol. Officer issued Anthony Alcorta and Lorenzo Flores each a CTW/units clear.

Accident-injuries
Blackhawk Street and Cain Drive
Caller advised a male on a motorcycle wrecked and possibly has a broken leg/male is 29-years-old/left leg is swollen and he is unable to sit down/he feels faint. EMS2 advised to put Native Air on standby. Native Air advised all their pilots are on flights at this time – none available for the call.

610 N. Silver Street – Seasonal Overnight Shelter
Advised a named male is at the shelter highly agitated/advised he has not been violent, however they cannot get him outside/he is not responding to her commands. Officer requested ambulance for a 53-year-old male/altered mental status. Male was transported to GRMC by EMS.

Harassment
N. Swan Street
Advised that daughter is being harassed by her mother/she is not supposed to have contact with caller's daughter/he has full custody of her/daughter is 14-years-old/advised brother is calling the school demanding to speak with the daughter as well.

Reckless driver
2500 Walmart and E. Highway 180
Black Honda Civic/small child in the front seat/driver was driving erratically. Officer out at Marathon Gas Station with vehicle/units clear/everything is okay.

Disturbance
Newsham Street
Advised that a named female went into the caller's residence intoxicated and almost hit caller/she left in a green Jeep Cherokee. Officer has contact with vehicle at a Valley Vista address.

Unwanted subject
1313 E. 32nd Street
A named male is running around the ER parking lot and yelling causing disruption. Officers will be clear from here/en route to drop male off on Grant Street.

Caller advised he asked a female to leave/she has a child with her who was not sitting in a car seat/she seemed to be strung out on something/advised she is driving a hand-painted 4dr car/turned right onto Bennett Street. Officer advised ATL the vehicle but had negative contact.

CYFD – 3078 32nd Bypass
Caller advised they have a 14-year-old foster-care child causing issues/he was walking toward the road but is now back in the parking lot. Can hear male yelling in the background/he is upset because he wanted to go out and they wouldn't let him.

Caller from Say Something advised a 17-year-old named male has been posting tonight on social media about having a gun on him/there is a screenshot of the male with the firearm/unknown on any threats with the gun. Officer advised will be clear/negative contact with anyone at the residence.

3110 N. Silver Street – 8:50 p.m.
Younger male that is not waking up/advised he's passed out on the tables outside of the building/he seems under the influence of something. Caller advised they are trying to close up and need him to leave the property. Officer advised male left prior to arrival/has contact with male just south of No Excuses.

Male lying on the sidewalk on the bridge near the gas station. Officer advised clear/negative contact.

Caller advised his ex texted him advising the dogs are barking near her house and she is scared. Caller advised his ex told him her daughter left the house and stated she is not coming back home. Female then called caller back advising her daughter came back home and she was okay.

Highway 180 @ Baca's
Advised he hit a deer with his 2017 Chevy Silverado/deer is dead.

Suspicious vehicle
800 S. Robert Street -- El Refugio
Caller advised a white vehicle has been parked in the area for about one and one-half hours/it is on the side of the road near the cemetery/she noticed it last weekend as well. Officers out with the vehicle north of the cemetery.

Advised that a named 20-year-old is having a nervous breakdown/he is being combative and has locked the doors to the home/has a history of chronic pain in his neck and back/he is under the influence of marijuana/nothing is helping his pain and he . . .

Caller advised a named female parked her trailer on his property three days ago and still hasn't moved it/she is there now. Officer made contact with caller who agreed to give the female one week to get everything situated to move it. Female agreed with no issues.

Officer out with vehicle/female and male were sitting in the vehicle talking about their issues and advised they were okay and were about to leave.

1304 N. Bennett Street – Silver City RV Park – 1:09 p.m.
Caller advised a male has been lying on the sidewalk since 10 a.m. Officers made contact with the named male who stated he was okay and had chosen to sleep on the side of the road/he did not need medical attention and advised he would walk around the area. No . . .

711 Silver Heights Blvd.
Vehicle cut her off and then flipped her off. Officer had contact with this vehicle on Alabama Street/will be clear.

Caller advised a named female is there/he can hear her hitting the door and yelling/caller is in the back bedroom/he can't hear her anymore. Officer advised caller that he cannot deprive the female of her property by locking the trailer/Angela Sapien was issued an indefinite CTW for the property and was advised that is . . .

206 N. Hudson Street
Caller advised a named male and another male were asked to leave the premises and caller stated they laughed/both are near the dumpster at this time. Officer advised clear/negative contact with the males.

Caller advised kids are crying in the road. Officer made contact on Kentucky and Gordon streets. Male advised he and his girlfriend are arguing. Officer requested county/advised he is okay right now/clear.

Caller advised her roommate brought her named male friend to start drama with caller.
