An intoxicated couple in Room 233 was fighting. Officers advised ATL a green Cube last seen at Motel 6/en route to an address/out at the house at Gold and Kelly streets/negative contact.

Blackhawk Street and Cain Drive
Caller advised a young male with a green hoodie is kneeling on the road and throwing his hands around. Officers advised units clear/male stated he was going to his mother's/refused medical and answered all our questions/he left the area to his residence.

Luck Street
Caller advising her husband is there and was refusing to leave/he is in violation of her protection order. DVO was dismissed 11/05/2021. Second caller, a male, wants to speak with an officer/he is enroute to his attorney's office. Officer advised on scene at Lopez and Associates.

N. Swan Street
Caller advised it is between a named male and a named female. Officer advised he has the male in custody.

Shoplifting
2501 E. Highway 180
Advised a female was shoplifting/she is currently at customer service/refused to tell caller her name. Officer out with Soledad Maldonado and issued her a CTW to Walmart.

Aggravated assault
1220 N. Hudson Street
Male in a white car pulled a gun on caller and tried to punch him/male wearing an orange hoodie/it was a little black gun. Officers in area ATL the vehicle/out at Food Basket to speak with caller.

Lamina Loop
Officer advised units clear/they will turn it down.

Shoplifting
2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised a male used fake barcodes/he left in an older maroon Ford west on Highway 180/he took Gain dryer sheets and some bedsheets.

Tuesday, Nov. 23

Welfare check
Harris Street
Caller advised she and other people have been trying to reach a named female for over a week/she just bought this house/she has a heart history/she lives alone/her mailbox is full. Officer advised in the area/ATL the residence.

W. Market Street
Caller advised he just bought the house and a named female is there trying to take stuff that is on the property/caller wants her removed. Officer advised Peggy Garcia was issued an indefinite CTW for this address/she did leave/she wanted to remove the fridge and other utilities but . . .

Harassment
Skate Park
Caller advised she is 11-years-old and others with her are 10-years-old/caller advised older kids from the park were following her and her friends and then started following her/she is by LifeQuest and the other kids went back to the Skate Park/no one has injuries from the rock-throwing/will wait at LifeQuest for the officer/her parents told her to get home.

Caller advised a male kicked his bike on PA and Newsham streets/he saw the damage when he got home.

Female jumping in front of cars. Officer had contact with female/clear/she was told to not be going into the roadway.

Caller advised a male is lying in front of the Wrangler's/he is asking customers for money/caller did not request a CTW at this time. Officer out with the named male/he is going to take off.

1 Ridge Road and S. Highway 90
Caller advised a female is walking in and out of traffic. Officer had contact with female at Daniel and Highway 90/she was advised to stay on the shoulder/she is okay/advised she is taking a pregnancy walk.

Caller advised a female contacted a Catron County deputy by text advising a named female is intoxicated and possibly having suicidal ideations. GCSO deputies have contact/advised units clear/everything is okay/negative on any suicidal . . .

Wednesday, Nov. 24

Burglary
1503 Silver Heights Blvd. – 2:40 a.m.
Caller advised burglary in progress in the north side in the fenced in area/unknown number of subjects/the camera was broken/does not have a visual of the subjects. Officer advised one running wearing all black.

E. Alice Street
Caller just got out of jail and found his home had been broken into multiple times and where someone tried to burn his house. Officer advised will be clear.

Harassment
GCSO
Walk-in advised he is being harassed by his brother-in-law. Deputy did have contact with walk-in.

DV order violation
300 N. Bullard Street
Caller advising a named female is parked behind his property and is contacting his employees/she is in a black Dodge pickup. Officer had contact with caller.

Fight
301 W. Spring Street – Jaurequi Park
Caller advised a bunch of kids are fighting. Officer advised clear/negative contact with anyone.

Suspicious vehicle
2260 E. Highway 180
Caller advised a blue/gray truck looks like one reported stolen on Grant County Goodies/two juvenile males inside. Officer advised the vehicle was reported as stolen and recovered.

Caller advised an orange Hummer is parked in the grocery pickup with multiple subjects inside and they all appear intoxicated/they are not there to pick up any items. Officer out with a named male.

1810 N. Swan Street
Male wearing a black hoodie grabbed a handful of candy/seems like he wasn't all there. Officer out at Swan Street Snappy/ID'd the male who lives on Pinos Altos.

Thursday, Nov. 25

Welfare check
E. 19th and Yucca streets
Caller advised a male on the sidewalk was smacking a child/the child was hanging onto the mailbox. Officer patrolled the area with negative contact with anyone fitting the description.

206 N. Hudson Street
Caller advised a named 55-year-old male has stayed at El Refugio in the past but they had to remove him because he was high on drugs. Advised he slept in the ditch last night.

Shoplifting
100 N. Rosedale Road – 2:23 p.m.
Caller advised a female possibly took a bunch of makeup and other items and left in a silver SUV from the parking lot.

100 N. Rosedale Road – 3:46 p.m.
Caller advised the female is back in the liquor aisle. Officer issued Robin Suitt an indefinite CTW for Walgreen's.

Disturbance
Canal Street
Caller advised a named female became very intoxicated and is attempting to fight with him. Can hear the female banging on things in the background. Officer advised clear/everything is okay. Caller called back advising the female started yelling and screaming and threatening to kill caller after officers left.

E. 12th and N. Swan streets
Silver Prius vs small white car which turned around and went back up 12th Street.

800 S. Robert Street – El Refugio
Caller advised a named male is outside the building/he has been threatening employees there/he might be under the influence/he threatened to shoot up the building or blow it up/they did advise him he is not wanted there/he is standing by the front door. Officers advised male left the property/out with a named male.

Harassment
Lori Street
Advised that his daughter's ex-boyfriend egged his vehicle/caller saw him/ex has been harassing his daughter for a couple of days now. Officer spoke with caller over the phone.

N. Gold Street
Advised that a named male is threatening to beat him up after work tomorrow/the male did jump him last week. Officer had contact with caller.

Welfare check
Penny Park
Caller advised he can hear a male yelling and beating on things in the park. Officer made contact with a named male who advised he had been shot. The officer observed the male had not been shot and was possibly under the influence. The male was advised to stay out of Penny Park due to its being closed at night.
