Welfare check

Caller left his 70-year-old uncle a message about a week ago to return his call and he did not/phone is advising him it is disconnected. Officer advised did make contact/everything is okay/uncle just ran out of minutes and has not purchased any more.

Criminal damage to property
Coffey Street
Caller advised the window to the apartment has been broken/advising he has not been in yet.

Disturbance
Grant Street – 6:49 p.m.
Caller advised two females are possibly fighting/heard one female scream "Get off me." Advised she has an unwanted subject at her home. Could hear a male crying in the background.

Domestic disturbance
Grant Street – 7:15 p.m.
Caller advised she is fighting with a named male/he is grabbing her and won't let her go/she is outside her grandmother's house/she is not injured. Caller started arguing with male and did not answer any more dispatcher questions. Deputy had negative contact/male possibly left.

Accident-injuries

Advised accident is between MM 124 and 125 (Bayard Cemetery to 1 mile east). Red 1988 G20 Chevy van vs silver 2dr sedan. Father of the children did verbally threaten caller and other people involved/18-year-old boyfriend of caller's daughter is dizzy.

Caller from CHS advised a student's parents are at the office for their child posting a threat to another child on social media. Advised officers are aware and just needed to know when the parents arrived.

Domestic disturbance
Aztec Avenue
Caller advised her daughter and son were arguing while caller was on the phone and then it escalated and sounded physical/the daughter is under the influence possibly drinking. Deputy requested ambulance for a 21-year-old male with small laceration to his head. EMS1 advised clear from scene/male is refusing treatment/all units will be clear.

Welfare check
Lea Drive
Male walking up and down the street yelling. Officer out at a Lea Drive address/will be clear.

Breaking and entering
Horseshoe Drive – North Hurley
Caller advised he was notified by LE that someone had been staying in his home and no one is supposed to be there/he has her there now and is not letting her leave. Deputy issued Kimberly Chavez a CTW for this address.

Larceny
Cortez Avenue
Caller advising she let a named male into her home to make himself some food/advising she just noticed that he has taken a silver fork and a knife-carving set/he left over five hours ago.

Caller advised her tires were slashed last night.

Caller advised his sister and her boyfriend are fighting. Second caller advised of a disturbance on Prescott. Deputy advised assist XCPD/one adult female in custody.

500 S. Prescott Street
Male and female are fighting/sounds physical. Deputy advised will be clear from here/everything is okay/all verbal/male left the area.

Harassment
Santa Clara Post Office
Caller advised his son is being followed by a named male who has a knife/this is the second time this has happened/caller is with the male at the city hall/the male put the knife away when caller pulled up/male is running wearing a blue shirt and hat . . .

Officer had negative contact with anyone/could not hear yelling or any sort of domestic.

Criminal damage to property
Manhattan Park Drive
Caller advised his girlfriend caused damage to his home/she is not on scene/he does not wish to pursue charges but wants it noted. Deputy made contact with girlfriend who advised they fought last night and he pulled her hair and took her phone so she could not call the police/she does not want to file charges at this time but wants the altercation . . .

Caller advised a male was outside the property/he attempted to talk with caller/male possibly left walking. Officer advised he has contact with male and has him in investigative detention. Deputy advised on scene with officer.
