Caller advised her father was sick for a few days and now is not answering his door and it is locked. Advised that father is unresponsive at this time/negative on any pulse/he is warm to the touch.

Domestic disturbance
T&M Dairy Road
Caller advised a named male is not allowing her to leave/nothing physical. Deputy spoke with male and he advised the female left prior to arrival/did a walk-through of the house/everything is okay.

Saturday, Dec. 4

Unwanted subject
Highway 152 – Santa Rita
Caller wants officer's advice on where to take a named male for help.

Domestic disturbance
Stailey Road – Gila
Her father attacked her/he grabbed her by the throat and tried to hit her with the other hand/they fell to the floor and he landed on top of her/she is in her room and staying away from him/refused medical attention.

Welfare check
Highway 180 and Saddlerock Canyon Road
Caller advised a gold Ford car seemed to have crashed/air bags are deployed and windows are smashed out/no one is around the vehicle.

Battery
Summit Road
Caller advised he got in a fight with his brother who pointed a gun at him and kicked him out of the house/caller will be walking down the road/is requesting a ride to the Seasonal Overnight Shelter/his brother is standing on the porch aiming a rifle at him as he is walking away. Deputy requested ambulance for 20-year-old male struck in abdomen with a blunt object.

Harassment
Pheasant Drive
Caller advised she went outside to yell at neighbor's dog to get out of her yard/advised the neighbor came out and was yelling and threatening. Deputy requested ambulance for a 43-year-old female with heart issues. EMS3 cancelled by Fire/R1 signed refusal.

Sunday, Dec. 5

Highway 152 – Grant County
Deputy made contact with subject who stated that his phone is getting "hacked."

Bayard Post Office
Caller advising a female is asleep under a table. Deputy advised female to leave.

Domestic disturbance
T&M Dairy Road
Caller advised his ex pushed his vehicle with hers and then left. Second caller requesting a civil standby to get her belongings/her boyfriend is refusing to give them to her/he threatened to throw a rock at her/negative on anything physical.

Unwanted subject
Fierro Road – Fierro
Deputy advised contact with caller who requested to re-issue CTWs to two named individuals.
