Caller advised a male just ran off with $56 worth of lottery tickets/he ran westbound. Deputy advised out at the Snappy Mart. Caller called back advising she has a picture of the male.

Caller advised the mother of a 2- and a 7-year-old was supposed to take them back to him yesterday and never did. Officer advised children are okay and with mom.

Officer made contact with male at Buttermilk's/out with male.

Caller advised an ex-employee is causing problems in the parking lot. Officer advised everything is okay/standing by with him until his ride comes from Cottage San Road.

Advised a male called caller advising "Your mother can't breathe"/mother is not answering the phone. Officer was advised of the call and as soon as he has completed his assignment will respond.

Advised her husband damaged her residence/he left walking/he was upset because she asked him to leave/he does have an indefinite CTW dated Jan. 2, 2022.

S. Foy Street
Caller advised her daughters were out at Food Basket in Bayard and a female with blond hair went up to her daughters and scared them getting into their faces. While on the phone with caller she stated the female is now pulling up into her driveway with a second vehicle. Female went up to her house and told her she needs to serve her with paperwork. Caller advised her daughters are not home yet and she is worried for them to get home.

Caller doesn't want the named male in her residence anymore/he was there but he left/he was threatening her and her children.

Caller advised her 40-year-old daughter has not answered the phone for three days/caller went over there but she is not answering the door, but her car is there.

A female stole a soda/now keeps walking in and out of the store screaming that she owns the store and can take anything she wants. Bayard PD officer made contact with female in front of Terrazas. Santa Clara PD officer took female back to store so she could pay.

Caller advised granddaughter was being harassed by cousins/they were running up to her and yelling at her/granddaughter was driving looking for her dog that got out. Deputy out at the address to speak with other party.
