Unattended death
Georgetown Cemetery
An NMSP officer sent an email of pictures that were sent to him from Apple showing a live ping from a named female's phone. The NMSP officer is asking if deputies can check the area to try and locate her. Deputies advised in the area walking the cemetery/advised located the female and she is deceased/call NMSP to advise info/32 deg 50 feet 12 inches north.

Harassment
Onyx Drive – 8:40 a.m.
Advised that her ex showed up at the residence, barged inside the home, and was refusing to leave/he did leave the residence in a blue 2014 Dodge dually/he is possibly under the influence of alcohol. Caller advised she can't leave because he locked her keys inside her vehicle.

Reckless driver
Highway 180 – Caddel Crossing
SCPD officer called advising a green Subaru is speeding 100 mph. Caller advised he flashed his badge and he slowed down/Central Avenue/turning onto Mayo/now pulling into post office parking lot. Deputy advised one outstanding warrant for failure to appear/traffic hold without bond . . .

Disturbance
Kirkland Road – Short Stop
Male and female arguing near a vehicle/male juvie by himself near the entrance to the building. Deputy running drivers' licenses.

Unwanted subject
Onyx Drive – 4:12 p.m.
Caller advised the named male is at the house right now in a blue Dodge dually/he just showed up/caller is not home but the neighbor called. Deputy made contact with male/he left with his mother and an indefinite CTW was issued/weapon serial number clear.

Welfare check
Highway 180 and Taylor Street
Advised a female in all black is walking in the middle of the road. Second caller advised the same. Hurley PD officer identified the female advising she is not in the middle of the road.

Accident-property damage
Highway 90 – MM 19 (1 mile north of Walking X Ranch Road)
Blue Mercedes-Benz vs deer.

Domestic disturbance
Jaguar Street – Santa Clara
Advised that her husband hit her/then left on Prescott going toward the school.

Saturday, Jan. 15

Suspicious vehicle
Rio de Arenas Road
Caller got a call from a tenant stating a suspicious vehicle was parked at this location but didn't provide a description. Deputy out with a blue Mazda/out with a named male/he is dropping off someone off at the space/clear.

Harassment
Trailing Heart Drive – Silver Acres
Caller advised a male is harassing him and wants him to move out of his house. When asked for caller's name he hung up the phone. Deputy advised patrolled the area with negative contact.

70 Truck Bypass – Peaceful Trailer Park
Caller advised the male left home last night/she has been texting him all night long and calling him with negative contact.

Agua Blanca – Hurley
Caller advised his grandparents have custody of her 12-year-old son and they are not answering the phone and they aren't home when she goes to see him/there is no proof they have any type of custody. Deputy advised they did provide the paperwork that they do have custody of the child/everything is okay/made contact with child who was okay/court paperwork was . . .

14-year-old female with black hoodie/caller isn't sure where she could have gone. Sent SCPD to a Lamina Loop address/he does not have contact with runaway.

Caller advised a 32-year-old female called her stating, "She is tired of being walked on," and that she knows where there is a weapon/did not say she wanted to do it however it would be her plan. When deputy arrived, the deputy had contact with the stepson who had to go knock on his parents' bedroom door due to . . . Deputy advised everything is okay.

Broken Arrow/Big Ditch
Caller advised a bunch of kids in the Big Ditch are yelling bloody murder/caller did hear vehicle(s) speed off. Deputy had negative contact with anything.

Disturbance
North Hurley Road
Caller advised someone keeps revving their engine and yelling. Deputy possibly has contact.

Domestic disturbance
Maple Street – Bayard
Caller advised his father is being weird/he will not leave him alone. Can hear a named individual upset in the background. Can hear male saying he was checking on his daughter advising, "I can't check on his daughter." He stated he heard her making noise. Caller advised daughter is sleeping on the couch.

Suspicious vehicle
5064 Highway 152 – Manhattan Apartments
Deputy advised they are changing a flat tire.

Missing persons
Ruby Street – Bayard
Caller advised a named female is missing/she was last seen at the 5R in Deming on Nov. 11/she was released from the Luna County Detention Center on Jan. 12. Deputy advised the female was seen yesterday in Santa Clara/will put out ATL and call if located.

Criminal trespass
32nd Street Bypass and Longhorn
Deputy set up frequent patrol for the next two weeks.

Bard Avenue – Bayard
Caller advised they were just at her father's house to take him for a doctor's appointment and he became upset and kicked them out of his home/he has severe medical issues. Deputy made contact with the father who is okay and doesn't want to talk to his daughter. Deputy will call caller.

Harassment
Broken Arrow Drive – Silver Acres
Caller advised her renter is intoxicated and is threatening to kill her/he is outside standing across the fence. While speaking with caller she advised her tenant was yelling and cussing at her and said he was going to cut her throat with a sword. Deputy advised the male was issued a CTW to two addresses on Broken Arrow Drive.

Domestic disturbance
Delk Drive – Sunrise Estates
Caller advised her husband pushed her/both of them are intoxicated. Deputy advised parties were advised to separate for the night/caller was unhappy with this/deputy advised dispatch may receive a call from the subjects later in the night. Caller called back advising her husband is between the kitchen and the living room and is "talking s***."
