Bayard Police Department

Suspicious vehicle
Steyskal Street
Light gray 4dr car has been running for about two hours and driver is inside the house. Deputy spoke to homeowner who stated it was her son's ex-girlfriend and she wanted her to leave. Deputy advised knocked on the window of the vehicle and informed the driver she needed to leave and she left upon request/homeowner did not want a CTW.

Burglary
S. Franey Street
Caller advised she owns the property and the windows were broken and the subject got inside and stole tools and other items.

Criminal damage to property
Cobre High School
Officer has a broken window to the gym and an open door that goes to the roof of the gym/principal is en route. Santa Clara PD officer advised they will switch to county fire to clear the building/all units advised everything is okay.

Disturbance
Maple Street – 11:34 p.m.
Advised that his dad is acting weird and he won't leave his grandpa or him alone/possibly on drugs/he asked his dad to stop and he will not.

Welfare check
Maple Street – 10:54 a.m.
12-year-old caller advising his father is being "weird."/he's just not acting right/he and his cousin heard his father saying that he would kill his grandparents/he's accusing him and his cousin of "touching" his little sister.

Suspicious vehicle
Hurley Street
Caller advised her daughter called her advising that there was a female parked outside their home that is claiming the dog she bought a month ago is hers/caller is at work and daughter is home alone. A named individual stated she is in a silver Toyota HIghlander and the people at this address are refusing to give her dog back.

Horseshoe Drive – North Hurley
Caller from the Town of Hurley advised a male who resides at this address came out of the house naked and flipping off the workers/he is making accusations of the Town of Hurley embezzling money from him/would like a phone call from a deputy to discuss what his options are.

Saturday, Jan. 15

Unwanted subject
Lea Drive
Advised that a named male is just leaving his house right now and she was leaving with kids in the vehicle. Officer advised the gentleman was uncooperative.

Caller yelled into the phone and wasn't making sense/was unable to determine the nature of the caller's complaint. Officer advised units clear.

Domestic disturbance
N. James Street
Caller advised the subjects in a white trailer across the street were arguing and banging things around. Officer advised all units clear/everything is okay/female was trying to get her partner's attention.
