Ford vehicle has been involved in an accident/can hear subjects yelling they need to get out of the vehicle/someone is unresponsive/they are trying to get out of the vehicle. Mapping out at
Highway 90 – MM 24 (1 mile south of White Signal). Service is real sketchy.

Caller advised a homeless lady is camped in the post office. Officers issued Patricia Plancard an
indefinite CTW.

311 N. Bullard Street
Caller advised a female is yelling and throwing things at the window of the theater.

E. 20th and N. Swan streets
Male that fell on the east side of the roadway on the sidewalk. Officer spoke to a male matching the description who advised he is okay.

1304 N. Bennett Street – Silver City RV Park
Caller advised brother has not been answering the phone/she has not spoken to him since September but they don’t usually talk often. Officer made contact with brother/he is okay/advised to call his sister.

Burglary
Pope Street
Caller advised on Wednesday, he saw on video that a hammer drill and drill bits was picked up and stolen by a male/he knows the male but does not know his name/he drives a white SUV.

Criminal trespass warning
1220 N. Hudson Street
Advised they have a couple people inside the store who they want CTWs issued to/not certain who they are but they will not leave the store/the male is yelling and screaming/the two males left and are walking toward the post office.

Caller advised a named male was inside the store and he has a CTW/wants him gone before he gets irate/he is now leaving/caller wants CTW re-issued for W&N Enterprises. Officer made contact with Anthony Alcorta and re-issued the CTW.

Accident-property damage
1508 Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advised a tire came off the vehicle in front of hers and caused damage to her vehicle/other party is a red Hummer with no front windshield/caller is in a gray Mercedes. Officer made contact with both parties/they agreed to take care of it amongst themselves/the red Hummer had a blowout and a piece of the tire went underneath the other vehicle/there was no damage to . . .

Stolen motor vehicle
123 W. 12th Street
Caller advised he went inside to pay for gas and when he came out a named female was in the car and took off with the truck/the female had a small child with her. Officer advised the vehicle, a blue 2006 Dodge pickup, is possibly heading toward Western Drive.

304 N. Bullard Street
Caller advised a homeless woman is complaining of being harassed by some young men in a car. Officer advised en route to handle the call.

Lori Place
Caller continues to call 911 multiple times stating his brother and his son are running around the neighborhood and might be causing problems. Officer has one in investigative detention.

Caller advised there has been some weird stuff going on and he has not heard from his brother in a while. Officer had negative contact at the door.

Saturday, Jan. 15

Grant Street
Caller advised someone is going outside yelling. Out with a named male with no driver’s license and with four warrants out of district court/send next wrecker on rotation. NMSP advised that a named female called very upset because officers were towing her vehicle and she gave the male permission to sit in the vehicle.

Tracy Circle
Advised that a named male is in their yard/he has a rock in his hand and will not leave/he has been there for hours now/caller does not want him on the property. Officer has contact with caller, negative contact with male/officers on foot in the area/male called 911 advising he is at his house waiting for SCPD.

Domestic disturbance
A Street
Advised the male and female are arguing with each other and screaming. Officer advised units clear/they are calmed down/female is going to try to go to bed/male has a friend who passed and is upset.

Male yelling at vehicles. Officer had negative contact.

418 Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advised a male keeps walking into their storage building/she needs him to go/he is refusing to leave stating he lives there. Officer advised out with the named male.

Caller advised a male is protesting something and he is sitting in a chair right in the middle of the roadway and then starts walking and then goes back to his chair. Officer advised the male was advised to go to the other side of the road and not the median and he complied.

Caller advised her husband is yelling and acting irate/he is mad and she doesn’t know why/he is yelling at her/possibly has been drinking. Officer advised male left on foot prior to arrival.

Silver City – 12:50 p.m.
Caller from Kuwait advised his wife was traveling through Silver City and the last time he had contact with her was on Thursday, Jan. 13/he is deployed at this time/there was a charge at Little Toad Creek on Jan. 15/she drives a silver Dodge Caravan with a 16’ Skamp trailer/she is traveling east to Florida.

Caller proceeded to say her husband has been yelling at her all day today/has not been drinking. Officers advised parties separated for the night/all verbal.

Caller advised her neighbor called advising someone grafittied her front door. Officer advised en route to location.

Caller advised a female with a shaved head is walking downtown yelling/she is going up to people in their vehicles yelling at them and telling them they are going to hell. Officers have contact at Bullard and Broadway/clear/everything is okay.

Two males yelling at each other. Officer passing by noticed one throw a bottle on the ground and yell at the other so the officer turned around to make contact believing they were going to fight/one male stated he is going through some mental issues because of prison and his dog dying and the other male was trying to help him but does not understand what he is going through.

Advised that her female cousin called her to say that a named male beat her up. Officer determined female had valid driver’s license and the male had an invalid or suspended license and one warrant.

Caller advised a male is passed out in a maroon Ford F150 and a baby is also in the truck. Officers advised they do not have contact at the address/going to ATL/negative contact/clear.

Shoplifting
1810 N. Swan Street
Advised that two females took bottles/two females and one male in a white Ford F150 left going up 19th Street. Officer determined registered owner from license plate.

Caller advised the next door neighbor keeps going over knocking on caller’s door/she has been doing this all night. Officer had negative contact with that female but did have contact with a named male.

Sunday, Jan. 16

Missing persons
Silver City – 12 midnight
Wife and three kids are missing/kids’ ages are 1-, 6-, and 9-years-of-age/wife is 31-years-old/driving a silver Dodge Caravan pulling a white Scamp trailer/female’s last charge was in the Gila/Cliff . . .

Disturbance
1414 Little Walnut Road – Silver Cliff Apartments
Advised his aunt came home intoxicated and is fighting with a named female/he did not know his aunt’s name. He did not want to answer questions. Officer had negative contact/units clear.

Caller advised his daughter ran onto his property, stole a shovel and took off/she is 40-years-old and lives across the street/she brought the shovel back/she is wearing a black hoodie/she acts like she is on drugs.

Battery
Hester Street
Caller advised that last night he needed to physically remove his nephew from his home and he did become aggressive with caller and his wife. Deputy was advised.

Caller advised a patient’s wife came in and packed up some things and took him out of the facility/they left about 30 minutes ago/they said they were leaving for good. Officer advised negative contact with caller X 2/will be clear from here . . .

Male has been yelling and sniffing something off the fence. Officer had contact with the male/advising he is okay.

2709 Leslie Road -- Gateway Apartments
Caller advised someone is texting threats to him/he keeps trying to block them but it won’t. Officer made contact with caller.

DV order violation
N. Gold Street
Caller advised his soon-to-be ex-wife messaged him violating the DVO. Officer made contact with caller who provided the officer with a copy of the order for protection and the officer did not observe any information in the order prohibiting his ex-wife from initiating contact with him. He was advised not to make contact with her.

Criminal trespass
Little Walnut Road
Caller advised she was passing by this residence when she noticed the subjects who were kicked out at the beginning of last week were back/they took the boards that were posted on the doors and the no trespassing signs down and were back in the residence/GCSO served writ at this address on 1/10/22.

Male outside claiming he has been shot/customers are advising this/about an hour ago she does believe she heard a gunshot. Officer had contact with the male at Super Snappy/he is okay/negative on any shots fired.

1201 Pope Street
Caller advised that a male and a female were physically fighting in a green or blue Ford Focus/caller disconnected line. Negative contact upon callback. Officer ATL the area with negative contact.

2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised there is a silver car with smoke coming from the vehicle/she believes they are using drugs. Officer advised clear/negative contact.

40th Street and Fran Drive
Female lying on the ground not moving. Second caller advised the same. Officer requested ambulance for a 25-year-old female/female has an outstanding warrant out of Judge Laney’s court for failure to appear ref a charge of possession of a controlled substance/clear/female was transported by EMS.

Criminal damage to property
Valley Vista
Advised about 30 minutes ago a couple came to their door asking to use the bathroom/when they were finished and the female stepped back outside she began to hit the male/then she walked across the street into a ditch.

Domestic disturbance
1901 N. Silver Street – Western Palms Trailer Park
A male and a female left on foot toward Denny’s and the female had bleeding on her neck. Female caller advised that she was hit advising never mind and disconnected the line/caller was calling from Denny’s phone. Officer made contact with one male and one female.
