A named male is at the shelter and he will not leave the property/he is outside banging on the doors/he does suffer from mental illness. Officer advised one male in unit/he is now in the ER waiting room and ER staff will call if he causes issues.

Caller advised a named male is fighting with his mother/it is verbal/they are in front of the residence. Officer advised both parties agreed to leave each other alone/verbal only.

Caller advised that by the park a woman is yelling at a little girl/the little girl is crying for help and is not wearing shoes/caller advised she had to go to work and hung up. Officer clear/negative contact with anyone.

Walk-in advised a cell phone was stolen but couldn't provide an address where it was taken from.

Officer out with Josiah Wakeland/advised outstanding warrant for battery on a household member/bond to be set by Judge Grijalva. Officer advised his prisoner was or . . .

N. F Street – 12:22 p.m.
Caller advised mother and boyfriend are fighting/they are screaming at each other and slamming doors and threatening to fight. Officer advised everything is okay/verbal.

3514 Fowler Avenue
Advised a 46-year-old resident has ativan and pain medication/he is yelling at staff. Officer requested EMS for 48-year-old male who wants a bandage changed and has possible infection. EMS1 advised patient refused contact.

A male lying face down on the ground by the picnic tables and not moving/will not answer caller. Officer made contact with the male/everything is okay.

1040 E. Highway 180 – 3:26 p.m.
Two named females and a named male were asked to leave and they refused/advised none of them is wanted in the room/they were arguing with caller/wants a CTW issued to all subjects. Officer issued Maxine Padilla an indefinite CTW for the property/other female left.

Caller advised a vehicle is parked in the middle of the roadway/Caller advised a male is in his vehicle and is unresponsive/his breathing is weird/music in the car is very loud. Officer ran license plate.

Walk-in advised his vehicle was hit while parked in the Silver City Dental Office parking lot on Jan. 6. Officer made contact with walk-in and vehicle.

Advised she heard the crash and saw the tan Chevy pickup take off quickly down Swan Street southbound. Officer requested Fire to pick up glass shards 16th and Swan.

Caller advised a female wearing all black is walking in front of and yelling at cars. Deputy made contact with the female who admitted to jumping in and out of traffic because she was having a bad day/she advised she was okay and was going to stay on the sidewalk.

Caller advised Maxinne Padilla is in Room135 still refusing to leave/she is fighting with another female and they are starting to get physical. Officer released prisoner on a citation to appear.

White Chevy Cruze vs blue Chevy Malibu/second caller advised negative on any injuries.

Caller advised a female in a white hoodie is throwing items into the street/she tried to throw her bike at them. Officer out with a named female/everything is okay.

Male is coming in and out of the store and refusing to leave his backpack at the door/he is asking for money and trying to get into customers' cars. Officer advised male left prior to arrival/if located they want him issued a CTW.

Caller from GRMC advised she has been trying to call the care center and they are not  answering their phone/she needs them to go and pick up their patient. Officer made contact
with staff and they will call the GRMC house supervisor.

Caller has a named male there who may not have a place to stay tonight/may suffer from mental illness. Officer issued the male a CTW for the Snappy and the Murray Hotel.

Caller advised her friend was driving and hit the person. Second caller advised a female got hit and is still on the ground/officer out with a red car and a blue SUV/send ambulance for a
named female with pain to right ankle/EMS1 advised to page in EMS3 and Native on standby.

200 W. Broadway
Caller advised the male is out front again trying to get into the hotel/caller wants him gone and taken to a shelter. Officer out with the male on Broadway and Bullard/told to stay away from location/clear/everything is okay.

Saturday, Jan. 22

Unattended death
1050 E. Pine Street – The Gardens – 12:48 a.m.
Caller advised a 92-year-old male passed about 12:49 a.m./he was on hospice/called OMI who advised if patient was on hospice they need to be called out first.

Caller advised her nephew called her to advise his father showed up and ran over their dog and then stabbed it in the neck/advised he pushed down the grandfather and now the grandfather is not doing too good/father left in a white Dodge Ram.

Caller advised she works for the Restore and someone broke the windows out of her vehicle and stole the radio.

Caller advised her sister's boyfriend was in a fight with another male/the three males just came over to their property and got in a fight/the males went back to their house across the street. Officer advised have one subject running at this time/with blue hat and possibly a weapon.

Caller advised a male wearing a helmet is walking around the bakery/she wants to leave but is afraid he will come into the store. Another caller advised a guy with a helmet just ran in front of her car at the stop on Silver and 32nd and now he is at La Plata. Male stated he wanted to be under a concrete roof, he . . .

Advised her storage unit was broken into but doesn't see anything missing.

610 N. Silver Street – Seasonal Overnight Shelter
Caller advised a named male is on the property and intimidating him. When asked further questions caller disconnected the line and stated the male had a CTW for the property/when checked the male does not have a CTW for the SOS. Officer advised male left prior to arrival.

Caller advised a named male is on the property/he is intoxicated/he is cussing/he is trying to get the keys to his vehicle. Male is going to sleep in the basement/everything is okay.

Caller advised that a named male went over and stole her phone and keys while she was in the back of the house. Officers out at the address.

Caller advised two males are supposed to be working on her TV and have not done so for four hours now/caller does not know their names/they are in her apartment at this time.

CYFD Intake is requesting a welcheck on a mother and child/reported the mother left the apartment without the child/she was seen leaving about 10:49 p.m./child is 4-years-old. Both units clear/negative contact with anyone at the apartment.

Sunday, Jan. 23

Domestic disturbance
N. F Street – 7:04 a.m.
Caller advised her daughter and a named male were involved in a physical domestic/advised he was hitting her so she hit the male back. Advised her son and his fiancé started chasing the male because he hit her daughter and he started throwing rocks at them/unknown where any of them are at this time.

Aggravated battery
N. F Street
Caller advising he went to this address to pick up his nephew's jacket and two females answered the door and started cussing at him and throwing rocks at him/they did hit him/negative on heeding medical attention/they did break the window to his vehicle. Officer will be clear with caller/out at the address/will be clear/no one is answering the door.

A named male is at her residence/he is a client of hers and has threatened her employee/she can't see him or hear him anymore/if he returns she will defend herself. Caller advised he is typically on foot. Officers in the area ATL/will be clear.

Caller advised a named female is causing disruption outside the church/she was attending services and they managed to get her outside/unknown why she is angry. Officer on scene.

E. 11th Street – 1:24 p.m.
Caller advised his brother lives next door and he isn't answering his door, but caller can hear the dogs inside/last spoke with him on Thursday when he took him groceries/he isn't answering his phone either/he has respiratory issues. Officer has contact/77-year-old male on the floor/unknown what is wrong with him/not alert/is breathing. R1 en route time is 1:58 p.m.

Caller advised a homeless subject is sleeping in front of the building/wants him to leave. Officers out with the male/will be clear/male is going to gather his things and leave the area.

610 Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advising she saw the female put things in her purse. Officer had contact with the female/merchandise recovered and no charges.

Silver Heights at J.D. Feeds
Three teens, two boys and a girl, waking in roadway toward Golden Star/boys had to grab her to get her out of the road/she appears to be drunk. Officer had contact with all three/everything is okay/none of them being intoxicated/will be clear.

Caller requested LE for 28-year-old female who has schizophrenia and is being aggressive/caller advised he is restraining the female. Caller was advised to not restrain the female. Could hear subjects screaming in the background and they did not respond to questions. R1 advised staging at 7th and Gold. EMS1 advised staging with Silver Fire.

206 N. Hudson Street
Caller advised a named male who left in a red truck going south threatened to shoot her/wants him issued an indefinite CTW. Officer advised clear/ATL for Robert Hernandez Padilla and if contacted issue him an indefinite CTW for the Hudson Street Snappy.

N. Cooper Street
Caller advised they just gave a named male a CTW for the SOS and he just showed up to the new women's shelter in a grey truck with a white camper. Caller requested indefinite CTW to the women's shelter and advised no men are allowed at that shelter. Officer out with Guy Henry/issued him an indefinite CTW for the women's shelter/clear/male left the property.

Male wrapped in a green blanket is sitting at a table and refusing to leave. Officer out with the male/clear/send ambulance for male with mouth pain/cancel request/EMS will take male to SOS.
