Caller was breathing rapidly advising subjects were breaking into his house. Female in background said nobody is breaking into the house and to not send officers/caller repeated his request. Deputy advised unit clear/male is under the influence and female with the caller advised he is probably going to lock himself in the bathroom for the night.

Male walking keeps waving his arms in the air. Deputy advised one in unit/en route to Texas Street/male dropped off/will be clear.

Harassment

Caller advised his mother-in-law just left. Deputy advised Socorro Sierra was verbally issued a CTW for this address/will be clear.

N. Swan Street
Caller advised he was leaving his mother's home when an elderly neighbor was flagging him down while she was climbing through a barbed-wire fence. When caller got to her she advised "You need to get me out of here." Caller advising she explained to him that her daughter is keeping things from her, using her money to order things, and has taken away all her vehicle keys. Advised she does not appear to be injured. Deputy was advised.

Caller advised a named female almost ran over her husband and child/she was driving a blue Ford Expedition/driver is not on scene at this time. Deputy advised there was no domestic/both accused female and victim are together.

Caller advised a named male is on a good one and is outside screaming/the male is with his mother/male has a history of mental illness. Deputy advised male refused medical.

Disturbance
Filaree Road
Caller advised her daughter is breaking the window to her home and is taking off in a silver Hyundai Elantra/daughter is now banging on the doors/daughter is drunk and has been out all night with two of her friends. Dispatch can hear juvi banging on the windows and doors. Caller advised her daughter is now leaving in a silver Chevy Camaro.

Caller advised his neighbor is outside shooting his gun near his house/they have a no contact order with each other. Deputy out at a Highway 35 address/spoke with neighbor/back en route to other party's house.

Caller requested to speak with a deputy.

Caller advised having problems with his 15-year-old grandson/he is in his room right now/he is stabbing something in the bedroom/he has a knife. Santa Clara PD officer advised has contact with caller/everything is okay/no weapons.

A named male found deceased by his caretaker. Caller advised last saw male on Friday. Deputy advised Baca's has the body.

Caller advised her daughter and her animals haven't eaten in a few days and caller is not sure if her utilities are paid/her phone doesn't work. Deputy spoke with daughter on the phone.

Caller advised that earlier a named female sent him pictures of herself and she appeared to be seriously injured. Deputy advised one female in unit en route to GRMC.

Aggravated assault
Highway 180 – Cliff
Caller advised his ex just tried to run him over with her vehicle and now is shooting a firearm/she left a minute ago in a green Acadia/he has security footage of everything. Deputies went traffic with vehicle at 180 and McMillen Road/one female in investigative detention.

Black Jeep Cherokee vs white Ford truck/driver of Ford out walking around/no one has got out of the Jeep. Deputy advised 33-year-old female complaining of head and left arm pain.

Caller advised her ex sent her pictures of a butcher knife to his throat and said he is dissolving all of his pills in a bottle to drink and if he sees or hears an officer he will cut his throat/caller advised he has a history of manic depression and schizophrenia. Deputy had contact with male who advised negative on any . . .

Wednesday, June 29

Domestic disturbance
Fairway Drive
Caller advised her mother and her boyfriend are fighting/both physical and verbal/they are outside in the yard. Deputies advised units clear/ATL for male/removing large tree out of the way.

Suspicious vehicle
Partridge Drive and Ridge Road
Deputy advised en route with one female/out at address.

Welfare check
Elias Road – Arenas Valley – 4:09 a.m.
Caller advised his house has been burglarized/the people who did it are still in the home with him. Caller could not provide any descriptions/could not hear any subjects in the background/possible mental health concerns. Deputy advised units clear/caller is being uncooperative and would not open the door.

Caller advised he was screaming advising he needs help as his house is burning down.

Caller advised her Steel(sic) saw worth $350 was stolen sometime last night.

Caller advised she is at the (Dragonfly) trailhead and can hear a male calling for help. Deputy advised has one in protective custody/requested EMS for 52-year-old male with several lacerations to his hands and one to his face/possibly has severe anxiety/bleeding/lights and sirens/will be clear/deputy will transport male.

Walk-in advised she is in fear of her daughter/she is at SCPD and will wait for a deputy/wants her daughter removed from her residence. Deputy advised will be clear/gave female info on the eviction process.

Advised a male is asleep on the side of the roadway/he is wearing all black/not moving at all. Deputies had contact with male/clear.

Breaking and entering
W. Encino Street – Santa Clara
Caller advised some kind of alarm is going off in the home/the door is open and no one seems to be there. Deputies on scene.

Caller advised a female was texting him and she felt like someone was watching them/she ran around the whole trailer to check for someone/he hasn't heard from her since/she has been getting threatening messages. Deputies on scene advising no one is coming to the door.

Caller advised her shed has been shot at again. Deputy advised will be clear.

Advised a subject in a black hoodie is trying to jump off the mountain side on the east side of the highway. Deputy had contact with subject who advised he is working for the Door Church/he is okay.

Caller advised more damage to her home/they attempted to break into the pump house as well. Deputy advised will be clear for now.

Hideaway Lane
Caller advised he received emails from a named female advising she hurt herself. Deputy made contact with female who thinks she may have fallen last night but doesn't want medical attention.

Reckless driver
S. Highway 90 @Whitewater
Caller advised a male is throwing beer cans out the window and speed varies between 40 mph and 90 mph/it is a blue Acura. Deputy went traffic with vehicle south of Highway 90 bridge.

Caller advised her nephew is acting weird and refusing to get out of her sister's car. Caller called back advising he is being violent and is in "one of those moods." Deputy had contact with nephew advising he is fine/going to make contact with mom.

Deputy out with a female who stated two males are harassing her behind The Toad/ATL the males behind The Toad.
