Hot pursuit
Highway 180 – North Hurley – 3:01 a.m.
4-wheeler/dirt bike in Bayard/east on 180 North Hurley. Deputy attempting to go traffic with a dirt bike/dirt bike failed to yield to his emergency lights/following dirt bike down North Hurley Road/negative contact/clear.

Reckless driver
Highway 180 – Snell – 5:18 a.m.
Found 4-wheeler and dirt bike passing Snell. Deputies not pursuing them with lights and sirens/failure to yield on both vehicles/almost caused an accident/4-wheeler almost hit a deputy's unit/lime green racing 4-wheeler and white motorcycle.

Harassment
Running Iron Ridge – Tyrone
Advised that a named male is possibly stalking her/this is the third time he has driven to her property line and it is not a public roadway/he was in a silver Dodge pickup/he left to his address.

Silver City Golf Course
Caller advised a named male in a white side by side cursed at him/male left about 20 minutes ago.

Fight
Cleveland Street – Santa Clara
Caller advised her neighbors are fighting/one asked for the cops to be called/parties are separated. Santa Clara PD officer on scene.

Larceny
Broken Arrow Drive – Silver Acres
Advised the batteries to the gate were taken.

Harassment
Cottonwood Road
Advised her ex-husband is following her/he is driving a red Dodge pickup/negative on a restraining order/she will be en route to her address.

Harassment
Kirkland Road – Arenas Valley
Advised a named female is on the property and she does not want her there/she showed up in a black Toyota Corolla. Deputy advised female left prior to arrival.

Welfare check
Royal John Mine Road – Lower Mimbres
Caller advised she took a named male some alcohol and now he is acting out and having suicidal ideations. Deputy advised everything is okay/male is talking normal.

Aggravated assault
Enchanted Trail – Pinos Altos
Caller advised him and his brother got into a dispute and the brother pulled a gun and pointed it at him and his wife and his father/he did shoot twice/it did get physical/brother is at his trailer.

Saturday, July 2

Domestic disturbance
Caller advised a named male is fighting with her/he is drinking/she is going to kill him/she is tired of him and does not want to put up with his bs anymore/both of them have been drinking. Can hear male arguing with her. Deputy advised units clear for now/nothing physical.

Reckless driver
Highway 180 – Hurley
Two people in vehicle/swerving in and out of traffic. Deputy followed vehicle/no improper driving/made contact at the Chevron in Bayard.

Welfare check
Highway 180 – MM 108-109 (1-2 miles west of Truck Bypass junction)
Male walking on the side of the highway/appeared he needed water. Deputy and SCPD officer had negative contact.

Welfare check
Copper Court – Tyrone
Advised she isn't feeling well/her daughter hasn't been home for two weeks and caller is unable to care for herself/she has no food for herself or her pets. Deputy had contact.

Intoxicated persons
Silver City Golf Course
Caller advised a named female who is admin(?) with CYFD was there causing problems/she drives a white Ford F150/they left toward Ridge Road. Deputy advised has contact with a white Ford at Ridge Road Chevron.

Welfare check
Bobwhite Drive
Caller advised neighbors keep turning off and on their car alarm/has been going on since yesterday/it is a Toyota SUV. Deputy has been knocking on the door with negative contact/alarm did stop again.

Sunday, July 3

Domestic disturbance
Hidden Valley Lane
Caller stated she got trapped in her pantry by a named male who hit her with a can of food. Can hear male in background stating he didn't hit anyone/can hear female crying. Male advised female has been drinking a lot and that she was beating him up. Female now stating she wants to kill the male. Deputy advised both parties separated for the night.

Black Toyota swerving passing the airport.

Copper Street – Bayard
Bayard PD officer had negative contact.

Disturbance
Mobile Drive
Caller advised a named female who is his friend is out of her mind/she is screaming and yelling that someone is attacking her/she needs help/she is in the bathroom.

Criminal trespass warning
Lobo Drive – Cliff
A named female is on the property and she is not supposed to be there. Deputy advised the female was re-issued the CTW for the property.

Fraud/embezzlement
Mobile Drive
Caller advised her vehicle was stolen last night/a named individual took the vehicle without caller's permission.

Burglary
Highway 211 – Gila
Caller advised a named individual broke into his home and stole caller's phone, laptop, and answering machine/he does not lock his doors. Deputy had negative contact.

Welfare check
Whispering Hills
Caller advised she has been unable to reach her 90-year-old mother all day which is not unusual/she is prone to falling/door will be unlocked. Deputy had contact with mother/she is okay/will call caller.
