Light Art Space is hosting a gallery reception on Friday, August 5, from 5 - 7 pm. This is a free event open to the public. The following two exhibitions will be featured:  

Through The Body: Images Of The Human Body Using Alternative Photographic Techniques

This exhibition features the work of 32 artists from across the United States. Photographic imagery that focuses on the human body as depicted in hand-made prints using a variety of alternative photographic processes are on display. 

Causation

Abstract oil Paintings and mixed media by Silver City artist, Joe Huebner, will be on display in the Flash Gallery at Light Art Space. Joe earned his BFA in painting and drawing from the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design and his MFA in Painting and Drawing from the State University of New York, Albany. 

Gallery Hours: Thursday - Saturday, 11am - 5pm, Sunday 10am - 2pm, and by appointment.

It is First Friday in Silver City – come visit our galleries, 5 – 7pm.
