Fight
1810 N. Swan Street
Two males in the store fighting/advised one hit a female/unknown who they are. Officers advised tazer deployed/request ambulance for 30-year-old male tazed twice/contact with other party at a Gold Street address/out with a named male and a named female/one male has an extraditable active warrant out of Las Cruces.

114 W. 11th Street
Caller advised one of the windows to the building is broken/believes there was an attempted break-in.

Pinos Altos Road and E. 32nd Street
A named male is twitching walking toward town/caller was told by an officer to call anytime he saw this person out and with concern/caller stated he is underdressed for the weather. Officer had contact with a named male on 32nd and Leslie/will be clear.

N. Hudson and E. 12th streets; 32nd Street Bypass
Officers had negative contact.

S. Highway 90 – MM 32 (Tyrone Mine turnoff)
Someone driving a school bus/Number 16/crossing over the line onto the shoulder. GCSO deputy had contact at the Ridge Road Chevron/driver is okay.

2 Ridge Road – 6:24 p.m.
Male has been there since 4:15 p.m./he is just wandering in the store/he has been asked to leave and he is refusing/he is not causing any problems but she cannot have him in the store/wearing a black hoodie/has been talking to himself/negative on CTW.

A 28-year-old named male is displaying odd behavior/recently lost his job -- he and his girlfriend/has a newborn in the home. Officer had negative contact/will be giving caller a call.

Mountain View Road
Caller believes her male neighbor damaged her water line/advising line was dug up, cut, and yard was flooded. Officer advised clear.

N. Gold Street – 11:50 p.m.
Caller advised a 38-year-old named female called her to say her husband has been drinking all day/they are separated but live in the same home/female advised her husband was going to be leaving around 8:30 p.m. to go the store to get more alcohol/caller advised she can no longer get in contact with the female.

Tuesday, Nov. 29

Welfare check
E. 20th and N. Gold streets
Officers and GCSO deputy advised made contact with a named female who appeared okay/stated she was the one speaking loudly/she was alone/appeared to have some mental issues.

1313 E. 32nd Street
A named female in the ER waiting room is no longer a patient and is refusing to leave/she is screaming and yelling/she does have a CTW if not receiving medical treatment. Officer advised all units busy/request county to assist until units clear/CTW was issued to the female in May 2022. Deputy advised female in unit en route to SPIN.

Disturbance
Oak Street – Santa Clara
Caller advised her son swung a box at her/they were arguing/no longer arguing/he gets defensive when she confronts him.

Game and Fish
E. Cain Drive and Arrowhead Road
Dead deer in middle of road. Dead deer guy unable to locate deer/will call caller.

Harassment
Broadway Bridge
Caller from Silver City Streets Department advising they are tearing down a homeless camp and the homeless are harassing them and trying to go around them. Officers advised Richard Matthews was issued a CTW for Viejo Mexico. GCSO was asked to assist in issuing a CTW to Frank Gomez for the same location as he is in jail.

34th Street – 12:02 p.m.
Caller from Statewide Central Intake advised a 14-year-old male is possibly living with his mother and another child without utilities. Officer advised rang the doorbell multiple times as well as knocked on the door/had negative contact/advised to note the water meter is locked out/2nd shift will be sent to do 2nd welfare check at 2 p.m.

Harassment
San Vicente Street
A named male keeps showing up and causing problems/he is on the property now. Officer advised male left prior to arrival.

1600 16th Street – Mountain View Senior Apartments
Caller advised one of her tenants advised she received a text from a named male stating he needed an ambulance. Officer requested an ambulance for a 62-year-old male with possibly suicidal ideations.

Battery
123 W. 12th Street
Caller advised a named female who is in the store was hit outside of the store by two females about five minutes ago/the two females left/the named female is pregnant and the two hit her in the stomach/she refused medical. GCSO deputy requested ambulance for the 14-year-old female with abdominal pain/negative bleeding/no lights or sirens. EMS1 advised clear with parent signed refusal.

Caller advised the downstairs neighbors are yelling at each other. Second caller advised that his son is refusing to leave.

Domestic disturbance
2080 Memory Lane – Valley View Apartments
Officers out with two named males/one in investigative detention/other is a juvi in custody.

Game and Fish
1415 E. Highway 180
Westbound side/deer in roadway.

Caller advised a named female called another friend needing a ride to the doctor's office/now caller cannot get a hold of her. Officer advised to ascertain if SCFD or EMS can check sodium/SCFD advised to get sodium checked she would have to go to see a provider to get some blood drawn.

Larceny
803 C Street
Caller advised she has an ongoing issue with a named male going onto her property and stealing/he used to work on her property/caller just discovered he took more tools.

Dead deer/southbound lane. Dead deer guy will be responding in about 29 minutes. Small deer.

Female with small kids running around and no one is watching them/thinks the female is doing drugs in a Toyota van/two small boys/someone went and got them now. Officer made contact with the female and caller/everything is okay.

Criminal trespass warning
1060 E. Highway 180
Caller advised a male who has a CTW is in the lobby restroom/they are always having problems with this male/he constantly makes the employees feel uncomfortable/if male does not have a CTW wants one issued for both Comfort Inn and Quality Inn. Officer out with Richard Matthews/male doesn't have a CTW for location.

Female in the parking lot who appears to have been beat up/caller advised male left/female went into the store/advised he thinks she is going to try and get cleaned up in the bathroom/he thinks she is bleeding from her hand. Officer requests EMS for 35-year-old female bleeding from her nose/advised appears to have . . .

Caller advised siding on a building has been torn off.

Caller advising a homeless male ran into his store advising his friend had just broken his leg and then left running back toward the creek/male ran toward the old skating rink. Officer advised ATL male/advised for EMS to stage at . . ./advised out with a named male/advised road is completely blocked off/advising to climb up . . .

Assault
1313 E. 32nd Street
Patient in the ER is harassing and threatening the staff/a named male threatened to punch the doctor as well. Officer advised patient was discharged from the hospital and is in the lobby waiting for a ride.

Reckless driver
Highway 180 @ Baca's
Vehicle headed west is traveling at a high rate of speed/it's about one mile ahead of her/caller advised it's stopped at the 32nd Bypass light/advising this subject is either mad or intoxicated/he should not be driving. Officer went traffic with vehicle at CVS/advised to send another unit/advised male is refusing to exit the vehicle and was rolling up his window/advised one in custody.

Caller advised he was supposed to have visitation with his daughter today and she is not answering his texts or phone calls/she is supposed to be alone right now/advised her mother is at work. Officer had contact with daughter/advised she is okay.

Caller from CYFD advising she received a report from SCI in reference to a 4-year-old female was (redacted) at school today/she lives with her mom. Officers were advised/will be en route.

Male left store about two minutes ago/unsure what items he took/when alarm went off he began running toward Dollar Tree. During call male was picked up in a white Dodge Dart. Officer advised caller will be calling back when they have a list of missing items.

Caller advised her grandson is at the residence and she wants him to leave/he has caused issues in the past/negative on a CTW. Officer will be making an SCI referral. Grandson advised that he was having conversation with his . . .

(Friday, Dec. 2) -- Unwanted subject – 2:43 a.m.
Caller advising her grandson is giving her trouble/he is not allowing her to sleep/he is asking her for things to eat and speaking on the phone with a girl. Officer advised everything is okay/both units clear.
