Caller from Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office advised a named female went into their office requesting to report a 10-year-old child as missing. Caller advised someone is on her property in a pickup. While on the phone caller advised that it was her neighbor who is intoxicated/everything is okay.

Caller advised people are cutting illegally and shooting guns on the forest property next to his property. Deputies advised units have contact with three males at Shrine Mine Road and Willow Creek/will be clear for now/advised to assign case number for aggravated assault.

Caller advised his father just found his brother deceased/he has been dead for a few days now. Deputy out at Baca’s Funeral/back at the residence/advised that son and grandson will be stopping by the home periodically to get belongings/requesting frequent patrol every day . . .

Caller advised someone shot at the window of his silver Chevy Silverado/caller has not heard another shot. Caller was advised to stay in vehicle. Deputy advised all units clear/will ATL the area.

Caller advised while outside she heard a girl screaming then banging and things being thrown. Deputy advised a brother and sister, ages 13 and 16, were playing around and yelling but it was not a fight/all appeared okay.

Caller advised that her schizophrenic son destroyed the house/he left the location. Deputy advised if contact is made with son to hold as he is also making threats to harm himself and others.
