Male camping on the river with oxygen and a generator/he has a blue tent. Caller was advised deputies checked on him on the 19th but will send someone out there to make sure he still has gas and oxygen. Caller advised did give him food before he left yesterday. Deputy advised he is okay.

Highway 35 – Mimbres

Caller advised she is being harassed by her ex-mother-in-law/wants to know what her options are. Deputy advised a named subject was issued a CTW for this address via cellphone/spoke to caller and advised her she could be issued a CTW to her home and for a named female to call if any . . .

Criminal trespass warning

Racetrack Road – Arenas Valley

Caller advised there are three groups of people on her 20 acres/they are yelling and screaming. Deputy advised negative on a CTW/it is a civil issue/set up a frequent patrol for two months/the people on the property have been confrontational at times.

Whiskey Creek Airport Road – Arenas Valley

An elderly male lives at this location and a silver SUV with front-end damage and a Winnebago is parked in front/haven’t seen the man since December. Deputy checked the Winnebago with negative contact.

Unwanted subject

Summit Road

Caller advised a drunk woman is at caller’s house/she is causing problems/she is slamming things/caller wants her to leave. Deputy made contact with (redacted)/everything is okay/clear.

Aggravated battery

E. Highway 180 – Arenas Valley

Caller’s ex just came in a grey Dodge pickup and rammed caller’s dad’s truck with caller and her son in it. Deputy made contact with (redacted).

Highway 152 – Grant County

Caller from DA’s office advised a named male called caller’s work phone and was very paranoid about his case. Caller called on 911 advising he needs someone to go back to his house/he doesn’t feel safe at home with his family. Deputy advised subject is agitated/parents are there with him/he is okay/spoke to caller.

Disturbance

Ellis Road – Arenas Valley

Caller advised she can hear cussing and screaming/subjects are squatters/property belongs to her deceased husband/she spoke with a deputy earlier about the incident.

Cactus Street

Conducted a welfare check on a child per (redacted)/spoke with the mother of the child who showed the officer messages stating she told a named male he could call and speak with his son but she was not on WiFi so she could not Facetime/throughout the messages the male states he wants to Facetime his son, and the mother advised she is not on WiFi so she is unable to Facetime because that is the only way she could Facetime.

SX gate – Chino Mine

Caller from Chino Mine advised a named male left work abruptly and is not answering his phone. Deputy out at a Highway 356 address/negative contact.

Suspicious vehicle

Kirkland Road and Camino Seco

Caller advised a car has been parked there for 15 minutes. Deputy advised everything is okay/they were just talking/spoke with male advising they needed to find somewhere else to park/clear.

Criminal trespass

Chino Mine

Male on Lake 1 carrying copper wire/request LE to main gate. Second caller advised LE does not have to respond/male is far off their property at this time. Deputy will ATL/negative contact.

Caller advising two individuals keep going on to her property and they have CTWs/she does not know their names/caller is in New York/yesterday a neighbor advised caller that individuals were at her residence getting water from her well and left the water running/her electric bill has doubled since she has been out of town.

Walk-in wants an indefinite CTW issued to (redacted) for a Franey Street address/put out ATL/notify Bayard units.

W. Cedar Street – Santa Clara

Caller advised someone vandalized her vehicle about 30 minutes ago/the door handle was completely ripped off. Deputy advised clear/caller is requesting frequent patrol for the next month.

Wayne Road

Caller from CYFD requests deputy meet her at the CYFD office/they are receiving a referral for possible sexual abuse in the home/child is 4-years-old. Deputy advised on scene/en route with CYFD to a Wayne Street address.

Domestic disturbance

Burke Loop – 5:11 p.m.

Caller advised she and her fiancé got into a fight/caller is trying to leave but he took her 1-year-old daughter/caller would like to go to GRMC for mental evaluation. Deputy advised he is advising he is trying to give her her daughter back/advising daughter is in no danger at this time.

Domestic disturbance

Burke Loop – 4:01 a.m.

Caller advised her partner left and called stating he is going back/she fears he will hurt her/caller is going to leave/she feels if deputy responds it will make the issue worse. Deputy advised unable to contact caller/she stated she is okay and didn’t want them to respond/male is on scene.

Reckless driver

11575 Highway 180 near Baca’s

Older white van/beat up/passed several cars in the median and threw rocks everywhere. LE went traffic near Harvest Church with 1997 Ford utility/clear.

Criminal damage to property

GCDC

Caller advised a window and a camera were damaged inside one of the cells.

Valle de Uvas – Upper Mimbres – 10:40 a.m.

Caller from San Lorenzo Elementary advised a 5th grade student was leaving school with dad/multiple people concerned/dad was very aggressive with student by grabbing the back of his shirt and “jerking him around.”/student lives primarily with his mom.

Camino de Vida – 10:46 a.m.

Caller from San Lorenzo School advised 6-year-old male student was leaving school with parents/other concerned staff members advised dad appeared to be aggressive with student pulling him toward car and mom was telling dad “no” and mom was crying. Caller advised this family and the other welcheck may be connected. Deputy advised will be en route when finished with other welcheck.

Rio de Arenas Road

Caller advised his neighbor saw someone was breaking into laundry and shower this morning/he just came back about five minutes ago and broke into the mailboxes. Deputy advised negative on B&E/damaged property.

Broken Arrow Drive – Silver Acres

Owner of the residence shut door on LE and refused to speak to deputy.

Caller states male is walking in the middle of the road fighting wolves. Deputies have contact with male at Caddell Crossing/out with male.

Camino Verde – Arenas Valley

Caller advised a named male broke the windows to her daughter’s property/he’s in a grey Ford F150/caller is not on the property.

Highway 78 – MM 9

Black sportscar on the side of the road with all the windows shot out/female advised it is her car/she broke down a few days ago/caller will have it owed tomorrow.

Unwanted subject

Ellis Road – Arenas Valley

5th wheel has unwanted subjects/caller does not know who they are/deputy made contact with homeowner who advised the person who just purchased the property does not want them there/advising he did serve them with an eviction notice. Deputy clear from residence.

Highway 152 – Grant County

Caller believes her son is going to overdose on fentanyl/caller did not want to provide more info. Caller called back advising she did not want anyone to respond/just wanted someone to call her.

Male lying on side of the highway. Deputy out with male at Highway 180 and the old armory/en route to Bayard with the male.

Domestic disturbance

Aspen Street

Across the street people are fighting/male and female keep going in and out of the house. Deputy spoke to caller’s husband who advised it was all verbal.

Harassment

Michelle Lane – White Signal

Caller advised her partner said he is on his way to where she is and there is a history of domestic violence/caller is alone/she does have a gun/the gates are open. Deputy advised female in unit/en route to a Georgia street address.

Game and Fish

S. Highway 90 – Tyrone Mine Road

Advised a dead deer in the roadway. Deputy advised will handle call when finished with call in White Signal/negative contact with any deer.
