Caller wants his son removed/he has been causing problems since early this morning/he is cussing at caller now/son is outside/wants him issued a CTW. Officer advised to show Ruben Murillo Jr issued a CTW for this property.

Caller advised a named male that has been harassing them just left in a blue Chevy truck. Officer advised clear.

Female just ran out the door/took a bottle of Jack Daniels/they did get it back/she left in a small white car toward the back and Rosedale Road/she already has a CTW. Officer advised will take care of this call when clear from previous call.

Caller advised his girlfriend just picked up the kids from their father and he was intoxicated and pushed her. Officer advised will be clear from Gold Street/en route to address on Mountain View to speak with other party/will be clear/negative contact.

Male walked into traffic/walking toward Walmart. Officer advised has contact with male/advising he is okay/did refuse to ID himself/will be clear.

Caller from Albertson's advised male trying to start a fight with another male in the parking lot/started inside the store. Officer advised contact with one male/everything okay here/other party left prior to . . .

Caller advised her bicycle was stolen/neighbor told caller a homeless male with long hair took it. Officer advised en route to house around the corner/bike is possibly there/negative contact with bike.

Caller advised he was threatened by a man.

Caller advised his male friend is telling everyone he is going to give his stuff away then go into the woods and shoot himself/happened in the last couple of hours. Officer made contact advising male has been drinking but does not want to hurt himself/everything is okay.

Caller advised someone tried to break into her home/front door was damaged/key is missing from back door/does not appear anyone went inside/already walked through entire home/no one appears to be inside.

Caller advised she can hear a female screaming for help. Second caller advised female is outside crying for someone to help her. Third caller advised her son called stating his girlfriend is trying to get in the home/they had gotten into an argument.

Male is in caller's back yard/she does not know who it is. Officer advised it is a named male/clear locally.

Caller advised her 32-year-old son is missing/no phone activity since April. 20, 2023. Caller had requested a welfare check at that time but LE advised no one came to the door. GCSO deputy had contact with this subject/advising he is not going to be a missing person/will contact caller.

Caller advised has asked a named male to leave and he is refusing/he is screaming and yelling/he left Sierra House and is now at the Gospel Mission. GCSO deputy advised will be clear/negative contact /subject left prior to arrival.

Garbage truck is "having a hard time"/caller advising the female driver of the truck just keeps moving the truck back and forth. Officer advised everything is okay/will be clear.

Employee who is not on duty at this time is on the west side of the building passed out/they need for him to leave the property. GCSO deputy requested EMS for highly intoxicated 31-year-old male/units will be clear/male transported by EMS.

Caller just witnessed someone taking her neighbor's package/male wearing a black hoodie/he walked into the ditch behind caller's house. Officer spoke with caller/will call back when neighbors are home so officer can view the footage.

Caller advised someone is drinking on the bench in front of the Visitor Center/wants him to move along/negative on CTW at this time. Casey Munoz was arrested on CTW violation.

Male just defecated in caller's yard/wants the named male issued a CTW. An indefinite CTW was issued to Casey Munoz to this location.

Officer advised clear/verbal/everything is okay.

Male tried to grab alcohol/he is being aggressive and yelling/he is in the bathroom now. Officer ID'd the male as David Diaz who was issued a CTW on Jan. 14, 2022.

Three subjects are arguing by the benches/all were intoxicated. Officer had negative contact with anyone arguing.

Can hear a male yelling at a female across from this address/closer to the chiropractor office/they are getting more aggressive. Officers out with a named female and a named male/both advised they weren't arguing.

Advised an older named male was hitting her son/her son is 14-years-old and has a bloody nose/stated negative on medical attention. Officer advised out with male on Bennett and 12th/out with citizen Juniper and 18th/clear.

Fraud/embezzlement
C Street
Caller advised she sent someone around $10,000 after she was told her identity was compromised and she had a warrant out for her arrest.

Caller advised he has not been able to get hold of his child's mother/child was recently taken by CYFD and today was the day she was supposed to hear something about getting her back/social worker has not been able to get in contact/has made comments about not being able to live without her daughter. Officer advising having negative contact at this address/from a window with blinds open it appears the room has been cleared out.

Dead deer in front of the nursery. Officer had negative contact with dead deer guy. Deer was picked up.

Two females are fighting at the GM door/it is a physical fight. Officer ID'd five females.

Caller wants a CTW issued to a named male who is back on the property again. Officer advised that Chris Hartfield was issued a 14-day CTW until June 14/he left the property upon request/will be clear.

Caller advised a named male took her friend's bicycle who caller had borrowed/male is homeless. Officers had negative contact with caller/made contact with caller at a Hill Street address/advising she does not know . . .

A group of people walked out with food/they are at Gough Park now/three kids and two adults/they took food from the deli. Officer advised has contact with these subjects on west side of Gough Park/a female, Virginia Jasso, has one outstanding warrant.

Caller advised a named male just went into his shop and threatened a customer and caller/male did leave the property. Officer advised clear from here.

Officer ATL caller. Called male back after he disconnected and he states he . . .

Caller advised a named male is on the property trying to speak with caller/he isn't supposed to be on the property. Officer advised did not find anyone walking southbound/clear. Caller called back stating the male is on property again.

A named male is walking behind the warehouse. Officer advised will patrol.

Caller advised a female by the garden center is yelling at customers and refusing to leave. Officer advised NMSP searched and no one is looking for her/requesting SOS to pick up the female/SOS advised female is no longer allowed there/female will be leaving property.

Two named males are on property and one is causing problems with customers. Officer advised Joe Koons was issued a CTW for all W&N Enterprises on July 20, 2020, and Matt Fox was issued a CTW on May 28, 2023/Matthew Fox was released on a CTA.

TV and Playstation have been stolen/possibly made entry through back door. Officer was advised.

Caller advised a CTW was issued to a named female and she is now on the property/advising when she approached the door employees locked it. Officer advised female left prior to arrival/they will call if she comes back.

Caller advised a female neighbor answered the door yesterday and had a lot of bruising to her face saying it was from a fall/she was intoxicated/caller advised has been knocking for some time and she isn't answering. Officer made contact with female who advised she didn't want any help.

Juvies and can only hear male voices/it will be in the back parking lot/can see about eight people. Officers out of vehicle at Penny Park/parties are being uncooperative.
