SANTA FE — Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham on Wednesday ordered all state flags lowered to half-staff to honor and recognize the memory of Rep. Henry “Kiki” Saavedra, who died Sunday, Jan. 27.
State flags will be lowered from sundown Wednesday through sundown Friday, Feb. 8, as part of a public day of mourning across the state.
