(Albuquerque, NM, September 16, 2020) — REALTORS® from around New Mexico will come together for one weekend this fall to showcase their best homes for sale. On Saturday, October 3 and Sunday, October 4, the Grande Open House traditionally a Greater Albuquerque Area event will become even larger as a statewide event.

Close to 9,000 New Mexico REALTORS® power the NewMexicoHomeSearch.com real estate website with home listing data directly from each Multiple Listing Service ensuring the site has the most accurate and up-to-date property listings in New Mexico. The consumer website is a statewide collaboration created by the Greater Albuquerque Association of REALTORS® to provide local home buyers and sellers one site to view property and land listings around the state.

“The real estate industry thrives when we build relationships with our clients and each other, and New Mexico Home Search is an example of New Mexico REALTORS® working together. When brokers foster relationships amongst each other, the home buyer or seller becomes the ultimate winner of that trust,” said James Russ, 2020 President of the New Mexico Association of REALTORS®.

During the Grande Open House Weekend, homes all over the state will be available for in-person and virtual tours. Whether the consumer is looking to buy, sell or relocate, it has never been easier to view multiple listings in a single weekend. REALTORS® will be taking multiple precautions such as limiting the number of people touring at the same time, requiring masks, and disinfecting surfaces. “New Mexico Home Search is a great tool to view any of the more than 12,000 properties listed in New Mexico virtually or to see what’s available to view in-person,” said Sherry Fowler, 2020 President of the Greater Albuquerque Association of REALTORS®. She added “the site was uniquely designed to provide current data, as well as information on the different communities across the state”.

The New Mexico Home Search.com partnership includes nine New Mexico REALTOR® associations and Multiple Listing Services throughout the state including the Santa Fe Association of REALTORS®, San Juan County Board of REALTORS®, Ruidoso/Lincoln County Board of REALTORS®, Otero County Association of REALTORS®, Greater Albuquerque Association of REALTORS®, Las Cruces Board of REALTORS®, Taos County Board of REALTORS®, Silver City Board of REALTORS®, Roswell Association of REALTORS®, and the New Mexico Association of REALTORS®.
