ALBUQUERQUE, January 13, 2021 – True Health New Mexico, one of the state’s leading health insurance providers for individuals, employer groups, and federal employees, announces that Bright Health Management, Inc. (“Bright HealthCare”) and Evolent Health, True Health New Mexico’s parent company, have entered a definitive agreement for Bright HealthCare to acquire True Health New Mexico, Inc. True Health New Mexico just completed the health insurance open enrollment period with membership growth up 40 percent year over year and is poised to continue its growth trajectory in 2021 and beyond.
