New location of the Farmington Child Support Enforcement

Division office beginning June 21, 2021

SANTA FE – Today, the New Mexico Human Services Department announced the Farmington Child Support Enforcement Division (CSED) office will serve customers from a new location beginning June 21, 2021

The Child Support Enforcement Division (CSED) Farmington office will be co-locating with the Income Support Division (ISD) office. They will share a common space located at 101 W. Animas., Farmington, NM 87401. 

The Child Support and Income Support Divisions both provide many services to individuals, families and children throughout New Mexico. The co-location of these Human Services Department offices will benefit the community of Farmington by providing a one stop-shop for customers.

The Farmington CSED and ISD staff will be available during their curbside and limited lobby hours from 10 a.m. – noon Monday thru Friday. 

Individuals having questions about child support may contact the HSD Consolidated Customer Service Center at 1 (800) 283-4465. to speak to a representative, request a transfer to your caseworker, or use the self-service options available 24/7. The Child Support Enforcement Division field offices have limited lobby hours for cash-only payments during the hours of 10 a.m. to noon. Drop boxes are located at each of the offices to drop off checks or money order payments or documents.

New Mexico parents can make child support payments online or by phone with a credit or debit card or using an electronic check from their bank account. E-Bill Express online payments can be made at https://www.e-billexpress.com/ebpp/NMHSDCSED/Login/Index and by phone through the Consolidated Customer Service Center at 1 (800) 283-4465. Payments made by electronic check are available free of charge, however a 2.5% service fee will be added to credit and debit card payments.

The Human Services Department provides services and benefits to 1,100,445 New Mexicans through several programs including: the Medicaid Program, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Program, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Child Support Program and several Behavioral Health Services.
