LAS CRUCES - The New Mexico Department of Transportation District One office (NMDOT) along with White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) have posted an alert for Friday, October 15, 2021. 

US 70 will be blocked one time at 6:50 a.m. for approximately one hour and should be lifted at 7:50 a.m. This block will be located at Blue Block (2 miles East of the access road - Mile Marker 172) and at Yellow Block (located at the WSNP Headquarters - Mile Marker 200). In addition, Nike Ave will be affected for this block. San Augustin Pass and LC Gate are not affected.
