vallejosA lifelong resident of Silver City, Consuelo "Chelo" Vallejos was called to eternal rest on December 9, 2020. A Graveside Service will be held Tuesday, December 15, at Saint Vincent De Paul Catholic Cemetery at 10:00am with Deacon Bill Holguin officiating. She was born June 17, 1927 to Jesus Cabrera Gonzales and Matea Ornelas Gonzales. Her passion was taking care of her family, and whomever needed her help. Always with a warm smile and to make life easier for all. She is known by many families she worked for in the Silver City area. Connie was a very proud person in her morals and standards. She was truly one of a kind. At her request she preferred cremation.

Mrs. Vallejos is survived by her nephews Richard G Hill of Espanola, Andy J. Gutierrez and wife Pam, daughters Nicole and Salome, Tom M Gutierrez of Albuquerque and sons Eric, wife Ileah, sons Ethan, Vincent and Isaiah, son Keven, wife Laura, son Nathaniel, daughter Eliana, son Brian, wife Linda, sons Tucker, Evander, Danny, daughters Ezabellah, Ida, son Jacob, Great Nephews Gilbert C. Hill of Santa Fe, Lupe Rene Hill, wife Jessica, daughters Veronica, Aurora, Savanna, Selena of Silver City. Jesse Mora, wife Melissa, their children Marisell, Christopher, Aaron, Arianna, Ezekiel, Xavier from Montrose, Colorado. Maria Rocha, her children Monique, daughter Arriana, Jose Jr, son Joshua, daughter Arizona, Gabriel, Karolina and Juan Carlos. Roberta Israel, son Benjamin, daughter Victoria McCloud, her daughters Fancy, Ray’Anna. Paul Israel, wife Brandy, son Pascal Weihe, daughter Ela Sorilla, children Mya Hope, Sal, Leo, daughter Tina Washington, sons Christopher, Aaron. Joseph Israel, daughter Emilee Grace, Brandon Martaindale, Rebecca Shaw, daughter Taelynn Ruth Hayz, Blake Israel, Ryan Israel, Mari Israel.
