CITY OF BAYARD
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The City of Bayard invites all interested citizens to a public hearing to be held at the City of Bayard, City Hall, 800 Central Avenue, Bayard, New Mexico on Wednesday March 2, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. This hearing will be held to discuss a request for Special Use Permit at 400 Peru Street. The special use permit request is for approval to place a second dwelling unit being a 1984 mobile home on the specified property.

Local citizens are encouraged to attend and non-English speaking residents will be fully accommodated. If you are an individual with a disability who is in need of a reader, amplifier, qualified sign language interpreter, or any other form of auxiliary aid or service to attend or participate in the hearing or meeting, please contact the city clerk at 800 Central Avenue (537-3327) at least one week prior to the meeting or as soon as possible.
