The Southwestern County Commission Alliance (SWCCA) will convene in a meeting on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will be held at the Hidalgo County Manager’s Office, Commission Chambers, located at 305 Pyramid, Lordsburg NM 88045. Action may be taken on behalf of SWCCA.
