LEGAL NOTICE

The New Mexico CAP Entity will have a Special Workshop Meeting:

Location: Grant County Commission Chambers
1400 Highway 180 East; Silver City, New Mexico

At this workshop, the NM CAP Entity may be requested to provide feedback or guidance to the Engineering Firm regarding work that the Engineer should or should not pursue as part of the Scope of Work. Specific topics on which the Entity may be asked to make decisions include providing the engineers with additional criteria to be used in evaluating the components to be further analyzed and at what point the Engineer should stop investigating a component if a fatal flaw is identified.

The agenda for the special workshop meeting will be available on or before 9:00 am on June 28, 2016 in the Grant County Manager's Office and in the Administration Center and Planning Department both located at 1400 Highway 180 East in Silver City, New Mexico.
