a. Discussion - Action or No Action: Open Meetings Act Complaint: Determination by State of New Mexico Office of the Attorney General: Summary of the substance of the matters discussed in the closed session on January 14, 2016 and March 1, 2016 and further discussion by the NM CAP Entity as needed. There will be a review and discussion of a draft letter to New Mexico Attorney General regarding the Open Meetings Act complaint.
