The Town of Silver City is currently accepting applications for potential assistance for the Ridge Road Sewer Project. What we need is your 2015 Income Tax to verify income for those listed on the property deed, unless you are receiving social security in which that case we will use those documents to verify income. The Town of Silver City will grant up to $2500 in assistance for the sewer connection from the property line to your dwelling if you qualify. The grant will cover the septic tank abandonment for all property owners up to $1,500 and The Town of Silver City will waive the sewer development fee of $1,300.00.
