NM SENATE SEAT DISTRICT 28 VACANCY
REQUEST FOR LETTERS OF INTEREST

The Grant County Board of Commissioners is in the process of recommending a replacement to the Governor for the New Mexico Senate Seat currently held by Howie Morales for the 28th District serving Grant, Catron, and Socorro counties. Senator Morales, now Lieutenant Governor-elect, will be resigning his seat at the end of the year.

Interested individuals must provide a Letter of Intent and a copy of their Resume no later than Monday, December 10, 2018, at 5:00 p.m. to:

These individuals will also be expected to attend a public Special Meeting of the Grant County Board of Commissioners on Thursday, January 3, 2019, to participate in a Question and Answer session led by the Board regarding their desire to fill the Senate Seat.
