NOTICE

ORDINANCE NO. 1322

AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE AND TRANSFER OF A 0.436 ACRE TRACT OF REAL PROPERTY TO RICHARD MATA, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 48, SECTION 48-22 (a) (5), and (d) OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF SILVER CITY.
Pursuant to Section 48-30 of the Town Code, the following apply:
(1) The description of the property: Lots 1, 3, 5, & 7 and the East 40 feet of Lots 9, 11, 13, & 15, Block 149, Fraser's Survey, being 0.436 acre more or less, Silver City, Grant County, New Mexico.
(2) The appraised value of the municipal real property: Appraised value is $15,200.
(3) The time and manner of payments on the lease or sale: Full payment is due at closing.
(4) The amount of the sale: $15,200.
(5) The identity of the purchaser: Richard Mata, adjoining landowner.
(6) The purpose for the municipality making the lease or sale: The property has minimal value to the Town due to its size, shape or location, and there are no present or future anticipated municipal purposes for the property.
