Legal Notice

The Town of Silver City Town Council will hold a Public Hearing during its regular meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, April 21, 2014, at the Grant County Administration Center, 1400 Hwy 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico.

Note that the regular meeting date was changed from April 22 to April 21. The public is invited to attend.

Action items on the agenda include:

Approval of Minutes: April 8, 2014 Regular Meeting

Public Hearing:
A. Approval /Disapproval of Restaurant Liquor License Application # 904159, Applicant: Little Toad Creek LLC, DBA name to be used: Little Toad Creek Brewery and Distillery, Proposed location: 200 N. Bullard St., Silver City, NM 88061.

New Business:
A. Appointment to the Cemetery Board.

Agendas are available prior to the meeting and may be obtained at City Hall, 101 W. Broadway and City Hall Annex, 1203 N. Hudson, or on the Town's website, www.townofsilvercity.org.
