"Meditation for Everyone!" will begin a new six-class series on Tuesday, July 8.

The name of the series that starts on the 8th -- and will run for six consecutive Tuesdays -- is titled, "How to Start and Maintain a Daily Meditation Practice." In this series, as the name suggests, we will map out a step-by-step process through which you can establish a daily meditation practice of 25 minutes each day. Everything from creating the intention to meditate to how to meditate will be addressed. And since meditation is the main cause of creating and maintaining inner-peace, meditation is a practice worth establishing.

NOTE: All of our Meditation for Everyone! classes are drop-in . . . participants are invited to attend one, some, or all of the classes in the series. This series is no exception. However, if you do have the aspiration to establish a meditation practice of your own, I would encourage you to make every attempt to attend all of the classes in the series. Each class in the series will present a different component of the meditation practice, so attending every class will be especially important.

Each class will start with a 20-25 minute guided meditation, followed by 20-25 minutes of commentary. No prior meditation experience is necessary . . . everyone is welcome.
