Ms. Pack shows in western and English disciplines earning numerous first place and high point show finishes in many divisions. In the New Mexico Pinto Horse Association 2013 year-end standings, Ms. Pack took home three All Around Championships, which included Open Pinto Division, Youth Pinto Division, and All-Breed Division. Serina competed throughout the year with other youth, adults and trainers to earn these titles by showing excellence in classes such as Trail, Western Pleasure, English Pleasure, Western Horsemanship, English Equitation, Western Riding, Disciplined Rail, Halter and Showmanship.

Serina Pack is a World Champion in Pinto Trail and holds several other World Top 10 Titles, including Zone Champion in 2010 (high point from NM, AZ, CO, and CA), as she has been avidly training and showing horses since she was 10 years old. This prestigious honor is earned by showing under numerous judges over many years and earning many ROM certificates. These certificates require at least 35 points each to earn and are earned by placing very high in large classes around the country, then are accumulated to earn the overall PtHA Champion Award.

Ms. Pack also holds the distinguished honor of earning the Orrin Mixer Scholarship and the America Paint Horse Youth Scholarship. Serina Pack has served two years as the Youth State President of New Mexico Paint Horse Association as she shows both breed shows for many years.
