Las Cruces: The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) with Brasier Asphalt, Inc. will be conducting a Nova Chip process along NM 90 from mile marker 27 to 33.8 in Grant County. This process will entail an overlay on the existing pavement which is intended to extend the longevity of the roadway.

Motorist traveling between Lordsburg to Silver City will encounter minor delays with a reduction in speed and lanes within the work zone.

The contractor will start the week of April 15, 2014, and is scheduled to be complete by May 2, 2014, with working hours to be from 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
