Special Meeting/Work Session/Regular Meeting
The Grant County Board of Commissioners will convene in a Special Meeting on Tuesday, June 10, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will take place in the Commissioner Meeting Room at the Grant County Administration Center located at 1400 Highway 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico. The tentative agenda is as follows:

I. Purpose
The general purpose of the county Work Session is to inform the Grant County Board of Commissioner of the agenda items that will be addressed at the next Regular Meeting, and for the Department Heads and other Elected Officials to communicate with the Commissioners in regard to matters in their respective departments. In accordance with Grant County Resolution No. 13-01, we welcome the public to attend the county Work Session, but there will be no public input permitted at this meeting.

l. Approve/Disapprove Resolution #R-14-25; the County of Grant requests a cooperative agreement with the New Mexico Department of Transportation under the Coop Projects to install a concrete low water crossing with footing and drainage improvement on Arena Road.
m. Approve/Disapprove Resolution #R-14-26; the County of Grant request a cooperative agreement with the New Mexico Department of Transportation under the School Bus Routes program to patch roadway where needed and lay single penetration chip seal with drainage improvements and striping.
n. Approve/Disapprove Resolution #R-14-27; Notice of Intent to Adopt a County Gross Receipts Tax Ordinance.
o. Approve/Disapprove Resolution #R-14-28; Removing the Light Duty Policy from the Grant County Detention Center.
p. Approve/Disapprove Resolution #R-14-29; Authorizing and Approving Submission of a Completed Application for Financial Assistance and Project Approval to the New Mexico Finance Authority, for the Viva Santa Rita Subdivision Community Area Improvement District Assessment.
