The Grant County Board of Commissioners will convene in a Special Meeting on Tuesday, July 8, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. The Special Meeting will take place in the Commission Meeting Room at the Grant County Administration Center located at 1400 Highway 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico. I. Purpose
The general purpose of the county Work Session is to inform the Grant County Board of Commissioner of the agenda items that will be addressed at the next Regular Meeting, and for the Department Heads and other Elected Officials to communicate with the Commissioners in regard to matters in their respective departments. In accordance with Grant County Resolution No. 14-01, we welcome the public to attend the county Work Session, but there will be no public input permitted at this meeting.

IV. New Business

d. Lisa Jimenez will provide an update from the Non-profit Resource Group, (NRG) and service of NCFC which builds stronger Non-Profit Organizations in Grant County.

e. WNMU Communications would like to discuss an easement from the county for a 15'x15' electronic site at the Faywood Fire Station. This site would provide broadband service to approximately 25 county residents.

f. Cissy McAndrew will be presenting the 4th Quarter 2014 Visitor's Center and Tourism Report.
g. Approve/Disapprove Inventory deletion request #1 for Clerks Office.
h. Approve/Disapprove Proclamation declaring September 24-28, 2014 as Grant County Fair Days.
i. Appoint Emily Gojkovich to the Food Policy Council.

V. Contracts

j. Approve/Disapprove Agreement #A-14-25; Professional Service Agreement for Emergency Medical Services Medical Director.
k. Approve/Disapprove Amendment to Food Service Contract with Summit.

l. Approve/Disapprove Resolution #R-14-33; Declaring July 14-18, 2014 as New Mexico Hunger Week.
m. Approve/Disapprove Resolution #R-14-34; Approving Publication of Notice of Intent to Adopt Gross Receipts tax bond ordinance.
