Harassment
Highway 152 – San Lorenzo
Caller advised a female's family keeps harassing him. They have already been to his house 3 times.

Welfare check
Enchanted Trail – Pinos Altos
Caller received a call from her mother-in-law who was crying and advised she needed help and hung up. Caller called back but there was no answer, and caller was concerned. A deputy advised a neighbor just arrived and will help them with the dogs while they make entry.

Welfare check
Hot Springs Canyon Road – Lower Mimbres
Caller advised they were told that a female has abandoned her children, a 14-year-old girl and an 8-year-old boy. Caller advised they were left alone to care for themselves and are living in unsanitary conditions – the house has dog and cat feces all over the place. Deputy had negative contact but will do a follow-up on Wednesday.

Fight
Spring Creek Road
Caller can hear a lot of yelling and several males about to start a fight. Deputy determined it was a disagreement over some property – negative on a fight.

Unwanted subject
Racetrack Road
A 15-year-old caller advised an elderly lady wants to fight her and the lady is blocking her driveway. Caller is with her 40-year-old mother.

Domestic disturbance
Artcher Road
Caller advised she is arguing with her son over a fight he was in and isn't getting the full story. Deputy advised everything is okay.

Caller advised a named male is back causing problems. Male left prior to deputy's arrival.

Harassment
Ellis Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised she is being harassed by text and phone by another female regarding a dress the female borrowed and never returned and is now trying to sell.

Tuesday, Aug. 5

Harassment
Mountain View Drive
Caller advised a named female was evicted earlier and is now trespassing and harassing other tenants. Deputies searched the area but had negative contact with female doing the harassing.

Larceny
Kirkland Road
Caller advised some items were taken.

Domestic disturbance
Sundown Trail – White Signal
Caller advised her husband's father is not letting her husband get his belongings from the property. Father advised his son was jumping his fence and trying to get some motorcycles from his property.

NM Game and Fish
Coye Drive – Arenas Valley
Caller advised a 200-300 pound black bear is headed down Jacks Creek off of Talissa. Game and Fish advised they do not have any officers on duty or in the area.

E. Highway 180 – Arenas Valley
Caller advised her neighbors are fighting. Advised they have been fighting for a while and are still at it. Advised that earlier the female was chasing the male in the yard.

Wednesday, Aug. 6

Breaking and entering
Highway 61 – Faywood
Caller advised he found his doors propped open. Deputy determined caller's dad is the one who left doors open.

Battery
Cottage San Road
Caller advised a man who is a neighbor drove up next to him and struck caller in the face. Deputy will follow up tomorrow.

Disturbance
Mountain View Drive
Caller advised a drunk lady who was recently evicted caused problems the night before. Caller advised some people made threats to him saying they know some Hell's Angels that will take care of him. Caller said he knows Hell's Angels too and can turn the tables on them.

Domestic disturbance
Jack Rabbit Drive – Arenas Valley
Caller advised her 15-year-old daughter is screaming and punching things and there is a lot of broken glass in her room. Caller advised her daughter is sitting in the middle of the floor asking God to please kill her. Deputy advised daughter is voluntarily going to GRMC.

Missing persons
Rio de Arenas Road
Caller advised a first-named male was supposed to take her kids to the Rio de Arenas Snappy Mart and take them home, but they are not at the Snappy. Caller believes he took them to Silver City. Caller called back to advise they are at the Snappy and everything is OK.

Chukar Drive
Caller advised his ex and her father are there causing problems.

Weapons fired
Fort Bayard
Caller heard 3 gunshots and saw a green Chevy pickup pulling into the Fort Bayard area and thinks they were shooting deer. Deputy advised NM Game and Fish will be checking out the truck.

Loud music
E. Highway 180 – Arenas Valley
Caller advised subjects are playing loud music.
Deputy made contact and they turned the music down.

Thursday, Aug. 7

Weapons fired
Artcher Road
Caller advised he heard at least 6 gunshots. Deputy spoke with a male resident who had been outside and did not hear anything.

Stolen vehicle
Santa Clara
Caller from DMV advised they have a customer who needs to report a vehicle was stolen from Santa Clara. Deputy determined this occurred in Las Cruces and Phoenix referred customer to state police.

Burglary
Fierro Road – Hanover
Caller advised someone stole gas out of her 1999 Honda Civic.

Welfare check
Cottage San Road
Caller requested a check on her mother. Caller advised she just received a call from her and she was really upset and caller is afraid she is going to hurt herself as she just lost her daughter.
Deputy requested an ambulance for a 63-year-old female having an anxiety attack.

Harassment
Skate Park
Deputy was flagged down by a citizen who advised her son was being harassed by kids at the skate park. Deputy advised he was out with 5 kids at the skate park.
