Caller advised a named female was being beat up by a named male and threatened to beat the male up himself. Caller advised the male needs to be run out of town and he is going to do it himself by force if the cops are not going to do it. Deputy spoke with female's relatives and determined the named male was there earlier but the relatives ran him off. Negative contact with named male.

Caller advised he was threatened by a Luna County Deputy at the post office this morning.

Caller advised a named male who is in custody called a named female and they are not supposed to have contact.

Caller advised two named males are causing problems with the park manager.

Caller advised she is in the hospital and is worried about her kids, aged 14 and 12, because her older daughter is living with a male who just got out of prison for domestic violence and once tried to escape.

Aggravated assault

Caller advised her father keeps calling her mother threatening to run into her vehicle. Caller advised he sounds intoxicated and is driving an older blue Ford F-150. Advised her father just ran into them at the bank and is blocking them in at the bank parking lot.

Deputy advised a named male is causing problems and they are talking to him right now.

The window to the garage is broken.

A welcheck was requested on a 10-year-old male. Child has not been in school since Friday. Father disclosed to the school, the child hit himself with a door knob on Monday, and he is bruised. A named 7-year-old sister has also not been in school due to stomach problems. Deputy attempted contact but no answer at the door and did not appear that anyone is home.

Caller advised a light is on in a building behind her house and there is no electricity in that part of the building.

Caller advised a named female is causing problems at caller's house. Advised she assaulted her father. Advised female went to the backyard and took her daughter's dog.

Injured deer in roadway. Will be putting it down and pulling it off to the side of the road.

Thursday, Sept. 4

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
Highway 180 at Caballeros
Caller advised he is following a named male on the highway who just threw a handful of rocks at his pickup. Caller advised he no longer wanted to make a report.

Caller advised a male and a female who have CTWs for Snappy Marts are in the store.

Caller advised her 90-year-old husband has dementia and is getting very belligerent and aggressive with her, but not physical. Deputy advised caller will leave for the night and stay with some friends.

Caller advised of a phone scam involving a scammer able to access their computer.

Female in a silver Ford Taurus slumped over across from Baca's. Deputy determined she was taking a nap waiting for her husband who is bringing some car parts. Vehicle is broke down.
