Criminal trespass

U Bar Ranch
Mid 70s Chevy Nova was recovered. Circle H advised they can't go out there as they don't have a four-wheel drive. G&G was next on rotation and they need a better location to determine if they can do it.

Weapons fired
N. Swan Street
Caller advised 9-10 shots were heard. Second caller advised she heard about 16 shots coming from Nikis Road and Swan Street. Deputy made contact up Radio Tower Road with a male who was sighting in his rifle.

Welfare check
Mahogany Drive
Caller advised a named female tried to commit suicide a couple of days ago and she would like her checked on.

Unwanted subject
Flury Lane
Caller advised a named female is at the residence, intoxicated, and being a nuisance. Deputy has female in route to an address in Bayard.

Harassment
Chalcopyrite Court - Tyrone
Caller advised she is trying to move and her neighbor and kids are taunting and harassing her.

Breaking and entering
Filaree Road
Caller advised a vacant house is possibly being broken into. Caller was difficult to understand and the line was disconnected. Deputy determined everything was OK and secure at the residence.

Weapons fired
Yucca Valley Drive and Welsh Street
Caller advised she has heard about 8 gun shots and someone yelling from the property to the east just past the VFW building. Deputy made contact with a male who stated he was shooting in a safe direction.

Saturday, Sept. 27

Battery
Cliff Fairgrounds
A 19-year-old named male has facial injuries including broken teeth. The suspect is a named male. A deputy will do the primary case and then a supplement according to witness information.

Welfare check
Valley Drive
Caller from Adult Probation and Parole advised they are having problems with a named male sex offender in reference to major GPS violations. Caller advised they just need to make sure the male offender is not with someone he's not supposed to be. Deputies advised they are having negative contact.

Larceny
Century Drive - San Lorenzo
Caller advised his employee has possibly stolen some material from him. Some boxes of laminate flooring were missing.

Disturbance
Agua Blanca - North Hurley
Caller advised he wanted his son out of the house. Advised the son had been drinking. Son had left prior to deputy's arrival. Caller did not want to pursue anything.

Sunday, Sept. 28

Loud party
Johnson Road - Sunrise Estates
Deputies advised partyers if officers have to go back appropriate action will be taken.

Fight
Rodeo Road
Dispatch asked what caller's location was and he replied, "This is an anonymous call, Dude." Deputies were out on Rodeo Road.

Domestic disturbance
Camino Tolteca - Tyrone
Female on line is screaming, "Get out." Second caller advised a named male is back at the trailer causing problems. Second caller refused to ID. Deputy had negative contact.

Loud music
Cottage San Road
Deputy had negative contact with any loud music even after parking on the street and walking up.

Domestic disturbance
Mobile Drive
Caller advised two females at a named residence are outside yelling and screaming at each other. Deputy advised one party left.

Domestic disturbance
Rosedale and Spring Creek roads
Caller advised a male headbutted a female in front of her house and now they are walking toward Rosedale. Caller advised the male just threw the female on the ground.

Loud music
Main Street - Pinos Altos
Caller advised loud music is being played and it is an ongoing issue. Caller advised there is a lot of yelling also. Deputy heard loud music coming from a named male's house.

DV order violation
Anchetta Road
Caller advised that a named male is at caller's daughter's house and he has an active DVO. Caller advised she just dropped her grandkids off at her daughter's house and the male is the kids' father, but they are scared of him. Caller further advised the male just got out of jail for battery on a household member.
