Caller is having problems with her 22-year-old son. Deputy determined it was a verbal argument between mother and son. Son is leaving for a while and may need a civil standby later to get his belongings.

Fraud/embezzlement
Mountain View Drive
Resident at SCPD advised he made an agreement with a certain male individual to lay asphalt at his house and paid him $1,200 up front, but resident claims the man never did the job. The district attorney's office said it was a civil matter. A deputy talked to the wife of the man who received the money and she advised she would send the resident his money back.

A big black bear headed north. G&F in Las Cruces was advised.

Caller advised he has a 15-year-old student that has not shown up to school in 7 days. Deputy had negative contact at the home or on the highway.

Caller advised her husband is being violent and won't let her leave the house and has been throwing things at her. Advised she thinks he left and she has her children with her.

Tuesday, Sept. 23

Domestic disturbance

Caller believes a couple in a truck were arguing pretty badly and believes the male hit the female. Deputy out in the area with the couple.

Caller advised he is reading the Bible and it is telling him to do crazy things. Caller ended up disconnecting the line. Deputy made contact with male subject right by Silver Creek . . .

Larceny
Partridge Drive
Caller advised her dad's wheelchair was stolen and the screen was pushed in on one of the windows to a bedroom. Wheelchair was outside.

Loud music
Main Street – Pinos Altos
Caller advised the neighbors have very loud music and this has been a continuing issue. Deputy had contact with caller and could hear the music. Deputy advised the noise ordinance doesn't go into effect until 10 p.m. and if caller can still hear the music to call back at that time.

Caller advised a loud verbal domestic is going on outside and 2 kids are present. Caller advised this is the same location deputies were at last night. Deputies made contact with the couple and both are leaving to cool off.

Caller advised her 16-year-old grandson is flipping out and standing in the middle of the roadway. Deputy out with her.

Out-of-town caller advised his wife is texting him the past two days saying she doesn't want to live long. Advised his aunt is there but is terrified of his wife. Further advised his wife is full of rage and he believes it has gotten totally out of control. Deputy had contact with the wife who was on the front porch drinking coffee.

Caller advised the 69-year-old male who was assaulted two days ago is complaining of leg and knee and abdominal pain in reference to blunt force trauma.

Caller advised he cannot get hold of his 61-year-old son who has a heart problem. Son should have a booth at the fair.

Caller advised she is having an issue with her mother harassing her. Deputy had contact with the mother. Caller called back advising she is receiving more harassing messages.

Caller advised she can hear 4 shots going off in the area where the fire is.

Loud music
Main Street – Pinos Altos
Caller reported this yesterday and today he advised the music is even louder. Deputy advised according to county ordinance he can play the loud music until 10 p.m.

Arenas Valley Road
Caller advised three pickups were parked on private land watching a herd of elk. Caller wants law enforcement to make sure they are not poaching. Deputy made contact with several pickups leaving the area with no elk in back.

Caller advised a named male has a sword and is extremely drunk and is trying to hit his roommate with it. Deputy determined everything is okay. It was a verbal between two brothers, and they were both intoxicated.

Caller advised a named male who has been staying with him for about a month is causing problems and refusing to leave. Advised the named male does have a machete on him and is making threats, but not with the machete, toward the caller.

Thursday, Sept. 25

Caller advises his wife is having a mental breakdown and is off her medication and has threatened suicide several times. Deputy determined the wife is going to stay elsewhere for now.

Highway 90 @ mine gate
Caller advised a female in a Jetta just stopped by the mine gate and didn't seem right and wasn't making sense. Deputy had negative contact.

Caller advised her dog was stolen, and she knows where it is.

Caller advised he received a phone message purporting to be from the FBI. Deputy scrolled through the phone and discovered an FBI logo and a document stating the phone's owner was under criminal investigation and at the end was an option to pay the fine with a green dot money pak. Deputy advised the caller to call his cell phone provider and reset the phone.

Caller advised someone is shooting in the area. Deputy had contact with a vehicle but had not determined yet if they were the ones doing the shooting.

Caller advised her ex-boyfriend is threatening her and her boyfriend.
