The tortoise taken Tuesday evening was returned and caller no longer wants charges filed, only a CTW issued to both.

Caller just spoke with her mother on the phone and mother told caller, "I'll have to talk with you later." Caller asked if someone was there and mother answered the same way. Caller advised this is not like her.

Caller advised the back window of his vehicle is smashed out.

Caller advised Hispanic neighbor across the street just dumped his trash in the middle of the street and is possibly intoxicated. Officer out with neighbor and advised he is intoxicated but has picked up the trash.

Caller advised a male panhandler is causing problems and that he and another pedestrian are having a verbal altercation. Officer made contact with panhandler.

Caller advised a gray Suburban pulling a trailer with wood ran her off the roadway causing her to hit a hill. Caller advised she did not want to make a motor vehicle accident report at this time.

Caller advised a female attempted to take a basket full of merchandise out. Advised they ran and got into a vehicle and headed east on Highway 180.

Male and female walking in the roadway headed east pushing two baskets. Officer made contact and determined the subjects were picked up by a friend. Subjects left the baskets there and they will be picked up tomorrow.

Caller advised her ex-husband got in a fight with another male. Officer took a case number for assault.

Caller advised a male is laying on the ground just a little past the field. EMS summoned for a 17-year-old male with a heart problem. Non-emergency.

Caller advised he heard a loud bang in the area. Second caller advised a transformer exploded at 13th/Silver and the power is out. Officer called PNM.

Caller advised a named female was at her house last night and stole caller's phone and purse. Caller called female and female said she would bring them back but hadn't yet.

Caller advised her ex-husband started to cause problems but has left already. Advised they are separated and he is taking it hard.

Caller advised five females are on foot outside her residence causing problems with her. Officers advised a male took off running, jumped the fence, and is now inside the ditch. Officers advised they have one male in investigative detention.

Caller advised they need an officer ASAP. Dispatcher could hear a lot of yelling, then female disconnected the line. Officer called ambulance for a 41-year-old male with no chief complaint - just want his vitals checked out. Negative on lights and siren.

Caller advised two males, one named, taking things from automotive department. Advised the male that took the merchandise was white and put it in the inside pocket.

Caller called back (reference above entry) and advised the same male threatening his wife again over Facebook. Caller advised she received a message from a named male that made her afraid. Caller saw the message which he advised stated to the effect "I told you, bitch. You're going to regret it." Officer advised caller to block the named male and to not respond to any of his messages.

Caller advised a named male and a female were being intimidating toward an employee. Caller advised the female who was threatened does not want to make a report, however, caller wants the subjects to be asked to leave.

Caller stated someone is pointing a laser at her house possibly from a party behind her in the apartments. Officer made contact and advised to not be using a laser or charges will be filed.

Although caller spoke to his girlfriend last night they usually stay in contact all day. Advised she is diabetic and has some medical conditions. Advised he is very worried.

Caller advised a person fell by the first fence by the park at the Ditch and two people then robbed the subject. Officer made contact and advised one in investigative detention.

Caller advised their vehicle was broken into last night.

Caller advised a named neighbor attacked him by pushing caller's wheelchair causing caller to fall on the ground. Officer requested assistance for a 50-year-old male that is paralyzed that fell out of his wheelchair.

Caller advised the named male is still harassing her over Facebook and making threats toward her. Officer gave caller a PS clear.

Caller advised a named female accompanied by two kids, 2- and 4-years old, is at his house breaking out his windows. Caller advised she got upset when he wouldn't let her in. Caller advised she said she has nowhere to go.

Caller advised a juvie female, a juvie male, and an adult male were in the back office. Advised they were stealing a lot of items, including makeup. Officer advised female was released to her mother.

Caller advised her son and daughter are drunk and fighting. Caller advised she is locked in the bedroom holding the baby. Advised the baby is crying so much caller cannot hear dispatch. Caller disconnected the line.
