Male laying in the street. Officer had contact with male laying on the sidewalk.

Jeep broken into sometime last night.

Caller advised that lawn solar lights were stolen and caller knows who has them. Officer had contact and recovered the property.

Caller advised that a named male is in the bank trying to negotiate a stolen check. Advised he is not causing problems but is pacing back and forth in their lobby.

Caller advised that a named female with whom caller has an ongoing court case is harassing them.

Caller advised that two males possibly stole some air freshener and described the two. Officer advised will ATL.

Caller advised that a Hispanic male just fell off the sidewalk. Second caller advised the male can't walk anymore, is stumbling and is in the roadway. Officer advised will be giving the named male a ride home.

Caller advised that a customer became upset and threatened him. Officer had contact with caller who advised a first-named male told him that he was going to see him in the street and that he knows where caller lives. Caller requested frequent patrol for his residence.

Caller advised that an intoxicated named male showed up at her house and left when she told him to. Caller advised that as he was leaving, he fell on the way from her house and while he was walking across the street. Second caller advised the named male can't stand up and fell in the road. Officer advised out with intoxicated male on Cooper and Kelly.

Caller advised that males are fighting in the parking lot. Officer advised clear, neither party wanted to pursue charges.

Caller advised that a female at the register is causing problems, threatening caller and arguing with another customer. Dispatch advised they could hear the female screaming.

Caller advised that the son's vehicle has been broken into.

Caller sounding extremely intoxicated advised that she just got beat up by her husband. A male who owns an adjacent business advised she just fell and was going to help her up. Officer called ambulance for 34-year-old female who is highly intoxicated and barely conscious. Advised negative on any injuries that are visible.

Caller advised that a group of kids at the skate park are playing around fighting. Officer had contact and advised the kids to stop fighting like they were.

Caller advised that his daughter's bike was stolen and advised they gave it to her today and then someone took it from their front porch. Officer advised the serial number was verified by receipt and officer took the bike back to them and a complaint form is being filled out.

Caller advised a homeless male is in the front of the store going up to customers and bothering them and looking in their windows. Officer had negative contact.

Caller advised that an intoxicated first-named male was inside the store and he has been told previously he is not allowed in the store, because he previously threatened an employee. Caller advised that the first-named male went outside the store but unknown whether he left. Officer advised male left prior to arrival.

Caller advised that her neighbor, under the influence of paint, went to her house causing problems, and even though he is home now caller can hear him yelling. Officer had contact and advised neighbor if they had to come back, appropriate action would be taken.

Caller advised that two males tried to break into his shed but caller ran them off. Advised they broke his lock.

Caller advised that his neighbors are arguing and yelling at each other. Officers called ambulance for 23-year-old female with bloody right ear, negative on lights and sirens.

Caller advised her neighbors are harassing her. Advised that it is ongoing and this time they went through her trash. Officer advised caller wants a frequent patrol for the night.

A male wanted to report a battery but did not want to file any charges.

Caller advised that a male who is intoxicated and won't . . . Officer had contact and advised everything is OK as the male's mother was called and she is going to pick him up.

Cottonwood Road and Cain Drive
Caller advised that a deer was wounded in the middle of the roadway. Officers advised that G&F called back and authorized officers to put it down. Officer advised dispatch "If you get calls of 2 gunshots, it's us." Officers advised that two rounds were fired to put down the deer and it was left on the side of the road for G&F, which advised they will get someone out immediately to pick it up.

Caller advised a named male just beat the heck out of his girlfriend. Advised he is wearing a black hoodie and walking toward 12th Street. Officers advised out with female at 13th/Gold and out at Ditch by 13th/Bennett.

Caller advised that a young male is harassing customers. Officer advised out with a named male on the Broadway Bridge.

Caller advised that a named male just took off from a vehicle advising he wants to commit suicide. Officers made contact with a male who possibly was the named male and with the male's mother. Officer advised that the male told him he was not suicidal and was going to walk home. Officer advised out with male again at Swan/8th streets.

Caller advised that a named male pushed her down the stairs telling her she is dirty. Caller advised she got rid of it and she has it again from him and that is what they are fighting about. Caller advised negative on drinking and weapons and that she does not need an ambulance.

403 E. 12th Street
Caller advised that she was attacked and beaten at an address across from the UPS store last night. Caller advised she was attacked by a named individual. Further advised she believes she needs medical attention but not in Silver City. Further advised she will go see a doctor in Las Cruces when she gets home.

Officer advised that it was a couple having dinner. Did advise that they had to leave the park.

Caller advised that she was kicked in the face by her boyfriend before he left, but she is not going to name names. Caller advised she ran down to a neighbor's house to call for help. Officer requested ambulance for a 23-year-old female with a black and blue ear.

Caller advised that a named male wearing an orange jacket took unknown items and caller wants a CTW issued. Officer advised out with another male at 15th/Gold.
