Caller advised she and her 20-year-old girlfriend are fighting and she cut her girlfriend's finger with a knife, and it is bleeding all over the place. Caller advised a 1-year-old child is present and her girlfriend is asking her to take her . . .

Caller advised that named males are using a backhoe in the Mimbres River and they don't have a permit to do so. Deputy advised he is on scene.

Caller advised that her 14-year-old niece does not want to go home to her mother.

Caller advised that the driver of a disabled vehicle located about 10 minutes toward town asked caller to advise 911. Deputy made contact and will be standing by for a while as help just showed up.

Caller advised he needs some subjects removed from his property, as they won't listen to him. Caller advised he let them live there for a while but now he wants them removed. Deputy advised he will stay on scene until subjects leave and advised a named female was issued a CTW.

Caller advised that a male and a female are trespassing. Deputy had negative contact.

Domestic disturbance
Silver Bell Road – Pinos Altos
Caller advised that his dad threatened to throw a cup of coffee at him. Deputy made contact and advised everything is OK– only verbal. Deputy advised spoke to both parties. and they said they would stay away from each other the rest of the day.

Mimbres Upper Yucca Drive – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised that a first-named male and a first-named female have been staying on vacant property that her father owns. Deputy advised clear and that subjects were given until dusk to leave and asked to clean up part of the residence. Caller called back and requested deputy respond back to address.

Caller advised he thinks he had a gun stolen from his house.

Wednesday, Dec. 24

New Mexico Game and Fish Department

Caller advised that an injured deer is on her property. G&F was notified and they advised someone would come out.

Domestic disturbance
Mountain View Drive
Caller advised that her son just hit her 26-year-old grandson. Advised the male is intoxicated and will run if he hears sirens. Negative on weapons. Caller advised her grandson does not need EMS.

Bornite Street – Tyrone
Caller advised he heard 2 large caliber gunshots. Deputies had negative contact with anything in the area.

Caller advised they just heard 12 shots from an automatic. Second caller heard several shots. Third caller advised a bullet was heard going by his roof. Fourth caller advised the shots were coming from Artcher Road.

Caller advised she just received a text from her ex saying that he was going to kill himself. Advised he just left her house and she doesn't know where he would be going.

Chalcocite Court – Tyrone
Caller advised she just got back from out of town and her home has been broken into and some items are missing. Deputy made contact.

Deputy advised a named female had suspended ID and an outstanding warrant out of Otero County, extraditable, with a $1,000 cash only bond. Deputy advised going to Grant County Detention Center by way of GCSO.

Friday, Dec. 26

Welfare check
Truck By Pass Road
Caller advised she is in the hospital, and she is concerned about her 3 dogs, which have been outside for 3 days with no food or water. Animal Control Officer advised he needs permission from owner to remove the dogs and take them to the shelter, and requested GRMC to obtain that permission. GRMC personnel advised the female was out of it and possibly doesn't even have dogs. A named male advised he has a dog that belongs to the caller and is caring for it until . . .

Saturday, Dec. 27

Caller advised someone broke into the gate of the James Hamilton yard.

Weapons fired
Camino Tolteca
Caller advised that about 6 shots from what sounded to be a pistol were heard. Second caller advised he heard about 3-4 shots. Deputy advised units are clear – negative contact with anything.

Church office has been broken into.

Rio de Arenas Valley Road
Caller advised a jack had been taken from the bed of his truck.

Domestic disturbance
Pinon Street – Sunrise Estates
Female caller, crying, advised that her dad and her brothers . . .then advised "It's too late." And the line was disconnected. Dispatcher advised some yelling could be heard in the background. Female did not answer upon callback. Deputy advised son left prior to arrival.
