Caller advised that his debit card was stolen and used over the weekend.

Caller advised that his drunken brother is harassing his mother and caller, but it isn't physical yet. Deputy advised it is all verbal and brother advised that he will stay calm and went to his room.

Missing persons
Elmer Boyett
Caller advised that a female hasn't been seen by her family since the 23rd when she was supposed to be driving back from Deming. Deputy was in route but had to divert to a breaking and entering call in progress on Mesa Road

Caller advised he received a text from a named male who advised caller that someone is trying to kill the named male. Caller advised he thinks the named male may be having a mental breakdown. Further advised that there should be two other people in the house but they have locked themselves in a bedroom. Also advised there were a lot of weapons in the house.

Deputy advised he was out at the Shell station and the unwanted customer did leave.

Caller advised of a theft they reported and advised she has info on where her items are at this time.

Caller advised that her neighbor was outside yelling for help saying that her kids were being abusive toward her. Caller believes four children are in the home, the oldest being 16-years-old. Deputies advised negative contact with son and advised clear - the mother is alone - nothing occurred.

Caller advised that a first-named neighbor keeps harassing and threatening her and her dog and she wants deputies to tell him to knock it off. Caller advised that the neighbor has multiple guns. Deputies advised they spoke to both parties and advised that they will stay away from each other.

Caller from Park Ridge Police Department in Illinois attempted to notify a local resident in reference to an uncle dying.

Caller advised she has not been able to contact a male for about a month, and they always keep in touch.

Caller advised one of the water meters has been cut.

Caller advised that a blue Toyota Tacoma has been at this location for the past three days.

Thursday, Jan. 1

Weapons fired
Whiskey Creek Airport
Caller advised that people are firing their guns. Deputy had negative contact.

Camino Seco - Arenas Valley
Caller advised he broke into his neighbor's house and found her locked in a bedroom and that she seems out of it. Caller advised she keeps saying that she can't talk to him because God told her not to. Advised that she keeps saying her stomach is cut open but caller can't see any visible wound, but she is covered in blankets. Deputy advised to cancel EMS as it was a misunderstanding and female is okay.

Caller advised that a male just threatened her over the phone and accused her granddaughter of being a part of stealing an ATM. Deputy advised clear - negative on a report.

Caller advised gunshots from the west side of First Street. Deputy had negative contact.

Deputy advised female is fine.

Rio de Arenas Road
Caller advised that a previous tenant took the furnace, water heater and other items.

Fraud/embezzlement
Black Mountain Road - Cliff
Caller advised that someone has been trying to open credit cards in her husband's name.

Arroyo Seco and Shasta
Caller advised that she could hear a lot of yelling and revving of an engine. Deputy made contact and advised they were stuck in the arroyo and a neighbor helped them get out.

Saturday, Jan. 3

Weapons fired
Mahogany Drive
Caller advised that she heard a gunshot and was asking if there was a jail break. Deputy advised that the other female in the house stated she did not hear any gunshots and advised that the female is possibly 1058.

W. Highway 180 and Western Drive
Caller advised that a brown Suburban with kids in it may be broken down. Deputy advised clear, everything is OK.

Burglary
Lizard Lane and Highway 61
Caller advised her trailer along with all her belongings have been stolen. Deputy arrived on scene and had negative contact with anyone.

Sunday, Jan. 4

Harassment
Cottage San Road
Caller advised her 41-year-old nephew sent her a threatening text stating that "payback is a bitch." Deputy spoke with caller.

Burglary
Peterson Drive
Caller advised the lock of the shed was broken off and items were taken. Deputy advised clear from the property.

Welfare check
Ponderosa Street
Caller asked if deputies can contact a named male and have him call his named nephew. Caller advised that the named male is her mother-in-law's brother, and she has not heard from him in a few years. Deputies advised the named male was taken to a rest home in Kansas several months ago, and ReMax Realty may know of a contact number for him.

Caller advised that a named male is there and has a CTW for the property. Deputy advised the named male was not on caller's property.

Owl Hoot Trail - Pinos Altos
Caller advised her mother needs a welcheck in reference to her stepfather has the beginning stages of dementia and has been becoming violent and aggressive with her mother. Deputy spoke with caller who advised she spoke with her mother about 10 minutes ago and that she is okay.

Caller advised that someone is quail hunting and it is a residential area. New Mexico Game and Fish Department officers are in the area and had negative contact with anyone shooting in the area.
