The next community hike is scheduled for Sunday, May 10, 1:00p.m to 2:00p.m., at the Little Walnut Picnic Area Trail. This is a fairly easy trail and the group will be taking frequent breaks along the way. Public restrooms, water fountains and picnic tables are available at the picnic area.

Directions: Travel North on Little Walnut Road approximately four miles to the Little Walnut Picnic Area. The trailhead parking lot is located just north of the picnic area. Community hikes are facilitated by the Grant County Trails Group and the Fitness and Nutrition in Community Group. Note: You should always speak to your doctor before starting or stopping any part of your healthcare plan, including physical activity, or other exercise.
