RESERVE, NM - Reserve Ranger District fire crews plan to burn the SU slash pit Wednesday, July 29 pending appropriate conditions. The pit is approximately four miles southwest of Reserve, NM west of State Highway 12.

Smoke may be visible in the general vicinity for several days as the debris is consumed. District personnel will monitor daily until the pile is called out.
