The Importance of the Copper Rule and the Impact to the Region, sponsored by the Village of Santa Clara, Gila Economic Development Alliance and the Silver City-Grant County Chamber of Commerce, meeting with NM Environmental Department Cabinet Secretary, Ryan Flynn, will be held Tuesday, Nov. 10 at 9:30 a.m. at the National Guard Armory in Santa Clara.
