Deputy made traffic stop and advised that the driver was sleepy/negative on DWI/everything is OK.

Caller advised that a named male spoke with a suicide hotline for about 45 minutes advising that he was going to kill himself tonight.

Fierro Road – Hanover
Deputy out with vehicle by Fort Bayard Hospital with two occupants.

Caller advised that their mailbox was damaged during the night.

Deputy spoke with caller who was having problems with his neighbor relative to ruts in the roadway and fence cutting.

Caller advised that some subjects are next door possibly stealing wood. Deputy made contact with subject who stated that this was his grandparents’ residence.

Caller advised her daughter stole caller’s vehicle but caller had no info on her own vehicle.

Caller advised that some subjects were trespassing last night and caller wants a heavy frequent patrol during graveyard hours.

Circle View Trailer Park
Deputy advised that a domestic occurred last night and a named male did hit her.

Mimbres Yucca Drive – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised that she received a phone call from her daughter screaming that her in-law was on top of her and caller could hear kids yelling and crying in the background. Deputy made contact with a named female advising that it was all verbal and neither one wants to leave the property.

Caller advised that a female left irate driving toward Santa Clara because caller would not sell her alcohol. ATL was given to Tri-City and GCSD.

Walk-in advised that she believes her niece and niece’s boyfriend stole some jewelry from her.

Deputy out with caller/will ATL for the vehicle.

Caller advised that a named male hit her daughter in the face and now she has a fat lip, but does not need an ambulance. Deputy advised en route to male’s address.

E. Street – San Lorenzo
Caller advised that her daughter took the vehicle sometime this morning and she did not have permission to take it.

Domestic disturbance
Kohdy Lane – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that her son stole her silver Mitsubishi Endeavor even though caller had broken the key off in the ignition. Caller advised that her son also beat her up at home, but she does not need an ambulance.

Thursday, Dec. 31

Unwanted subject
E. Street – San Lorenzo
Caller advised that a named male is in the house and she doesn’t want him there. Deputy advised that one was in investigative detention, but since he was invited into the house the CTW was negated. Deputy advised that the male will be given a ride to Western Drive and the CTW re-issued.

Caller advised that his wife jumped out of the truck in the forest after a verbal dispute. Advised that she has a neurological disorder. Deputy advised NMSP that there may be a Search and Rescue soon. Deputy advised that caller said his son located caller’s wife in the forest and is taking her home.

Kirkland Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that their neighbors are fighting and also heard a couple of windows breaking. Deputies on scene advising it wasn’t physical, just verbal.

Caller advised that a named male has her keys and won’t give them to her. Deputy advised that NMSP escorted the van to residence up the hill and that they got the keys -- everything is OK.

Deputy advised of a 21-year-old female with some memory loss and is bleeding. Advised that a city unit was approached by a citizen who said that a small child was in a vehicle unattended. Officers advised that the female told them that she went into the store to buy VaporRub for her son who is sick and that she was only gone for two minutes while she went into the store to grab the medicine.

Caller advised that her 6-year-old son’s father was arguing with his girlfriend while he was on the phone with caller and advised that her son told her that he does not feel safe there.

Caller advised that his wife called him wanting him to get there as fast as he could. Caller advised that his wife sounded frantic and caller could hear another male’s voice. Caller advised that he does not know where his wife is or where she was calling from. Deputy advised units clear/everything is OK/advising they are . . .

Caller advised that her sister grabbed her arm and pushed her but is denying an ambulance. Deputy advised that no charges were filed.

Caller advised that a vehicle is headed toward Silver on the wrong side of the road. Second caller advised that the vehicle wrecked on Highway 180 and Kirkland Road/unknown on injuries. EMS2 clear/subject being taken in by NMSP.
