GRANT COUNTY ROLLING STONES GEM & MINERAL SOCIETY

Our meetings are at the Silver City Senior Center, 204 W. Victoria Street. We begin with a Potluck Supper. Bring a dish and your own eating utensils. The Business Meeting begins at 6:45 pm and then the famous Rock Draw, followed by the Program presented by Wiley Hudson titled "Extra Cool Mineral Specimens". Saturday, May 21st--8 am, Field Trip.
We will meet at the south side of Walmart's parking lot at 8 am. We will sign in and connect ride sharing there. We will leave at 8:30am. Our field trip this month will be to collect pyrite, "Fool's Gold" at the Grand View Mine. Bring lunch, water, chairs, cameras, binoculars, hammers, buckets and bags.
