A named male called the manager and said that he broke a key in the lock. When the manager went to question him for security reasons the male became angry and hung up.

Caller advised that some kids took her daughter’s cell phone and smashed it.

Domestic disturbance
Manhattan Apartments
Male and female arguing and things are being slammed around. Officer requested EMS for a highly intoxicated male in his 20s/unresponsive to officers.

Assault
Blackhawk Street
Caller advised that her boyfriend pointed a gun at her then left running on foot. Advised that she and her baby are okay just scared. Advised that he still has the gun with him and she wants a CTW issued to him.

Harassment
Orchard Street – 12:45 p.m.
Caller advised that her neighbor’s children make threats of violence toward her when she sits on her front porch. She fears for her safety. Officer advised the children were gone prior to arrival.

Caller advised that her neighbor is still causing problems for her/he is at his house flipping her the bird.

Caller was having problems getting people out of the bar. As we were on the phone, he advised they were leaving.

Caller advised that a small child was riding a bike around crying and he seems lost. Officer out with mother and child on E Street/he got away from his mother/he is okay.

Caller advised that her friend just posted a picture of a gun to his head advising that he is contemplating suicide.

Caller requested welcheck on a named male/she believes he has suicidal tendencies. Officer made contact with male who was with his father/everything is okay.

Caller advised that her mom is going to fight a named female.
